Was recently struck by one of their employees in their company truck. The driver was texting on the phone and continued to drive into my car until I finally got out and knocked on his window that he was in my car. I tried to call their insurance to file a claim, but was denied. When I called Harley's Plumbing to explain what happened with one of their drivers in hopes that the driver would be honest, the manager denied it all and a lady in the background was yelling to hang up the phone. Overall very unprofessional and dishonest. I read on another yelp comment that one of their drivers also ran them off the road.

Had guy in a Harleys plumbing service truck run me off the road today, completely unnecessarily, then speed off and continue weaving through traffic. The only reason I didn't call the police was because my son was in the car. I'm not sure how they're plumbing services are but their driving is bad representation enough for me to never use them.

I had a break in my sewage line feeding into my septic tank. Another well known plumbing company came out first. They were nice, helpful and gave me a bid of $6,000 to repair the two breaks. I called up Harleys in sticker shock and they assured me that they would repair my line for a 10th of that price. They did too!! The workers showed up the very next day, on time and got it done. Whew!! I'm amazed that the other company had the guts to charge so much. Go with the little guy that's not paying for their advertising!! Harleys gets my unequivocal vote.

They got back to me immediately and were able to give a quote over the phone the same day. They did excellent work, were on time and didn't charge more than they said they would. I plan to use them again.

After short communication on Yelp business owner promised to call me but no one contacted me . I understand that all plumbers are busy now however it is not an excuse .

After the prolonged deep freeze in Texas, I had broken pipes and no water. The first plumber to come out said he couldn't find breaks in the attic and he would come back in a day or two with a crew of four to cut into sheet rock where all the 9 dripping areas were to locate the breaks. It would take 3 days to fix it. The next morning he said they would actually start after two more weeks because of the number of people waiting, It already had been 10 days without water.
So I called back Gary at Harley's Plumbing, the other plumber I initially called. I was on his list. He came out the next day at 11am, located the 10 breaks in pipes in the attic, only had to cut one small opening in the sheet rock in the laundry room and by 3:30 it was all done. He even made an adjustment to a shower handle before he left. He knows his stuff, he was focused and efficient and he's a very nice person to work with. He saved me from a disastrous mistake the other plumber was about to make and all that destruction and expense for nothing. Gary's pricing was super reasonable. He's your guy for getting it done right!

We like many homeowners in dripping springs had our pipes burst and had water damage. They came out the next day which was way faster than expected due to the incredible demand and fixed it very quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any plumbing needs.

Had a basic repair needed - just a T&P valve leaking on the hot water tank. My regular plumber wasn't available so I saw a good writeup on this local plumber and took the chance. They answered when I called that morning, the appointment was set right up for the same afternoon, Andre showed up and in about 15 minutes the leak was fixed and he was gone.

I couldn't ask for better service.
