Thank you for the wonderful service 2 weeks ago when my septic froze in 2 places. Another company told I would have to live somewhere else till spring. I really appreciate the professionalism of the two men that did the job.

Due to high CO levels, daughters furnace shut down by the Fire Department until it could be repaired. Two days of calling and email without response or referral. Richard P Waltz installed the system and we assumed they would provide service. No heat/hot water for 2 days in February. We found another company that repaired a gas leak and cross contamination on vent. This could have been tragic for my daughters family. The worst customer service ever. I don't recommend Richard P Waltz to anyone and would give 0 stars if I could!

I'm so disappointed! We discovered a fuel leak from our boiler that they normally service. The technician arrived, confirmed that we had a fuel leak but could not fix it as he didn't have the parts needed. He promised to go back to the shop, look up the prices and call us. Once we agreed to the cost he would order the parts needed and call when they came in to install them. He never called. Two weeks later, we have left multiple messages with the office and are promised a call back, but have heard nothing! We still have fuel oil leaking in a bowl under our boiler and onto the floor! I'm so angry! It's time to find another company to service our heating and plumbing needs. We paid $150 for a technician to agree with us and then leave. They can't even return our calls! Such poor customer service! P.S. I was forced to give them a 1 star rating in order to submit the review. Honestly, I would give them zero stars!

Nightmare.

Waiting for them to come back and reinstall my backflow preventer for the 4th time because the first three times were nowhere close to the proper way to install a backflow preventer. They seem to not know who has come by and done what, if anything. And to top it all off Dana Collins says he will NOT call anybody at the Portland Water District who might actually be able to tell him how to install the backflow preventer the right way because ""they don't ever call him back"".

Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

We have a potentially unsafe situation with our plumbing at home and they would not even come out to do a review, or give an estimate. Very frustrating. Would not recommend.

Terrible customer service!! We paid big money to have furnace cleaned but was left with a leaky part that leaked oil everywhere !When we called back they refused to come over and inspect the situation! We had to hire someone else to repair and replace! Never again!

Still the worst company in town. They left my radiators leaking since last week and now all the floors in my house are ruined. They won't even take my calls now

We wanted to move our laundry set up so a technician arrived to run the plumbing and drain in the new location and remove the old. They also said he would run the dryer vent. Upon the techs arrival I gave him the tour- here is the washer/ dryer, we want it moved to here where I have built a shelf to hold the dryer, basically stacking them.
3 hours and $500 dollars later he is ready to leave and show me what you are looking at in the picture of the drain pie and feed lines. The one with the wood chips and debris. No laundry box installed, the hookup were not even mounted on anything. Totally unfinished. Once I put on the sheetrock the feeds would have been inside the wall! So I show the guy again, where the washer and drier are and he is all suprised like ""oh. well, you didnt say that"" (which I did).
The front office said he would run the dryer vent and help me move the appliances too. He says right off, we DO NOT do drier vents and I am not sure why the office keeps telling people that we do.
So we have to make another appointment, but its 5 days away and they wont just come make it right. They want to charge full freight, again.
We found a new guy to finish the job.
These tools can go screw! Tim was rude and just wanted to argue and try to assert being right. The tech just did not survey the situation or communicate with me if there was something I was missing or supposed to have ready that wasn't. Then threw me under the bus by saying I changed what I wanted. What is there to change? Make this look like that so we can move the appliances- how simple is that?
Too big a company I guess. Too big for their britches, too.

Worst service I have ever experienced. I called Richard P Waltz because of all the advertising I had seen and their years of experience.
My Rinnai tankless water heater was going hot to cold water.
After three visits from two different techs I'm no further along. I spent $116.00 for a part and another $400.00 in labor for nothing at all.
The RP Waltz Techs spent more time on the phone with Rinnai then they did working on my water heater. After spending $500+ dollars RP Waltz now wants to do more work to the water heater. They outright refused to help us out in any way for further work needed. I was told ""we don't work for free""
Richard P Waltz is a very unprofessional Co.
Upset Tom!
