Unfortunately, I have had a very bad experience.

Doesn't answer the phone, doesn't return calls timely, must call emergency phone number which is answered.
Did not come on the date that was scheduled one month in advance with the owner of the house to winterize the house. The plumber stated he was able to come the next day. Since, I was leaving the next day and unable to meet him at the house, the plumber asked if I would leave a detailed note regarding closing up the house (switching off electrical switches besides blowing out the pipes). The detailed note was left on the kitchen counter per the plumbers request. The plumber did not remember his request to leave a note detailing the closing details and when called to confirm he had completed the close up, he had not seen the note on the counter and did not do the close up work. The plumber graciously said he would go back to the house to complete the turn off of electrical switches. He did call me to tell me that he had turned off the electrical switches. BUT......
The following week after plumber verified he had done all the work to close up house, another workmen came to house and called me to let me know the side door was left wide open with the lights on in the dining room and cellar! The only person in the house since the winterizing and close up of the house was the plumber! The plumber didn't close my front side door of the house or turn off my lights in the house! Outrageous!

Needless to say, I am livid!

I am not able to recommend this plumber.
