Recommended Customer Reviews

In my experience with Hargrave's Plumbing, the service provided is not suitable for income-producing properties. I have no doubt the plumbing professionals who attempted to resolve the clogged washing machine drain were well-intentioned, but the process concluded with the following results: (1) the invoiced amount was three times higher than the estimate provided, (2) extraneous work was completed and billed without my knowledge or approval, (3) the employee managing the service was unable to communicate the accurate scope of work complete, and (4) the washing machine drain remained clogged with the addition of two new clogs presenting in both bathroom showers.
The service provider I hired to remediate the original and subsequent issues indicated that there was no physical evidence of recent attempts to rooter the drains Hargrave's reported as having been serviced. Hargrave's did credit back the cost for work completed outside of the scope requested, but even this refund process felt as if I was being gaslighted for my clearly communicated expectations.
