We launched in 2008 to provide property management companies with trustworthy, qualified, licensed experts for their property needs. Over the years, we have expanded our reach to serve both residential and commercial clients.

Tony began his career as an electrician. He became a business owner upon earning his master certification. His company was founded on the principle of providing home builders with fair pricing for house wiring and related services. As his career progressed, Tony desired more variety and took HVAC classes. He completed a mechanical engineering degree, enhancing his business with this new skill. Tony kept expanding his skills in the construction field and currently holds master certifications in essential trades like electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and gas fitting.
