We have a gas hot water issue and our warrantee company put us in touch with two plumbers. Connected with the first one after a few days of no contact and learned they declined the order as they no longer serve my area.
Shame on the warranty company for that bit of service. Second one hasn't called or responded to any voice messages.

Warranty company said, call any plumber and pay the deductible This one will likely get updated but first impressing is as follows. 1) reviews speak volumes, 2) he picked up the call and had a sense of our issue. He is going to stop by later today so pinpoint. Expectation is the part won't be available given the age (2000) and we'll likely need a replacement.

If I could give Hardy Plumbing 10 stars I would! Bruce (the owner) is absolutely wonderful to work with!! He's professional, very responsive and clearly has been in the business for a long while. We have used him several times on projects and the only person I would call for plumbing work. He replaced my hot water heater and did replacement parts on our sinks.
Highly recommended!!

Funny this is my first review for Bruce (sorry man), he's done work at my house twice (about to be a third time) and at my business, on time, fair pricing, professional and genuinely cares about his customers! Example, he tracked down a leak which was partly because of a faucet and replaced both bath and kitchen with top of the line Moen faucets thinking as a homeowner I would want the best, when he found out I just leased the house he was apologetic and asked if I wanted less expense faucets installed. I told him any place I live I treat as my own and appreciated him looking out for me. At my place of business, Automotive Connection we had a clogged urinal Bruce came out the following afternoon right when he said he would be there, not a single issue since! Great guy and very personable, you won't do wrong giving him a call!!

Bruce did a great job helping us find the source of a leak on our first floor. Other plumbers had recommended more aggressive options which we were not comfortable with and required significant patchwork afterwards. Bruce fixed the issue quickly and expertly. He is a talented and honest plumbing who we will use in the future if the needs arise.

Bruce is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and does great work at a very fair price. I recently had him repair a few leaks (shower drain, outside faucet, and water heater line) at my parents house - not only was he able to come out the same day to give me a quote, he was also able to squeeze us in for all 3 repairs that same weekend after I mentioned I was only in town for a few days. Highly recommend Bruce to anyone looking for thorough and professional plumbing work in the Butler county area!

Had an issue with our sump pump. Came out and suggest a replacement but once he looked a little closer found that the floater was just stuck. Fixed it and only charged for a regular visit. Very happy.

It is not every day that you hire someone who is honest, responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and fair, especially in the trade business. Well, Bruce is that rare person. Be forewarned, when you call him, he may not be immediately available to do your job. He is obviously in demand, and for good reason. But he will give you an appointment, keep in touch with you, and show up when he says. And then he'll do a great job.

Bruce is my go to plumber from now on. 5 stars all around.

My husband and I had a flood due to one of those new energy efficient toilets. We called Bruce and he was at our house within a couple hours. He fixed the problem and did a couple other things at no additional charge. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! It was like having a friend helping us out! He even stayed for a while after his work was done and we talked about all types of topics. We have already recommended his services to others! When the insurance adjuster saw how much he charged he said ""man, this guy has some awesome pricing. Stick with him because you won't find this with any other plumber."" That's exactly what we'll do! :) Thanks Bruce and son!
