Thank you Hardy Plumbing for rescuing us from a cold water Christmas. Our hot water heater broke on 12/22. Bruce and son installed a new one for us on Christmas Eve, just in time for our out of town family. They were friendly, professional and courteous. Would certainly call Hardy again!

Three Cheers for Bruce! The neighbor kids noticed water running into our sidewalk and the street and let us know. Did I mention it is Easter Sunday? Saw the reviews for Hardy Pluming on Yelp and I'm so glad I did! Bruce answered my call and since he lives nearby, he ran over immediately. Bailed out the water meter hole, and was able to turn the water off. The good news is it seems the leak is on the water dept. side...Thanks Bruce for coming to the rescue, Nancy F.

I just had Hardy Plumbing come out at replace my Water Line Pressure Valve and Water Heater Relief tank.

I highly recommend him:
1. I originally asked for new water heater because I thought I needed a new one. The relief pipe was dripping. He said that the water heater was still good, and had a few years left in it. What I really needed were the 2 items listed above instead. This meant a much less expensive job for me to pay for. He could have just lied and said I needed a new heater and got a bigger job (more $$$) out of it, but he was HONEST and upfront and said I didn't need the extra stuff done. Went from what would have been over a grand in $$$ to just a few hundred $$ for the job. Saved me at least $1,000.
2. He is local and independent. For me, that's a plus. I don't want the big companies. Because of this, he has more at stake in making sure he keeps his customers happy.
3. He responded quickly to my phone calls.
4. He arrived on time for giving me a quote for the job. For the actual job, he arrived early after he called me first to make sure it would be OK to come out early.
5. Rates are very reasonable.
6. Seems very competent with the trade.
7. Personable and good communicator. I asked him how the parts above worked, and he explained it to me.
8. Clean and presentable.
9. Gave me a good receipt for the work I paid for. Sadly, I have heard of other contractors that write something on a post it note. Not Bruce.
10. Total time to do this job, 1 hour, but that also included us chatting for a bit. He was fast with his work, but still did it right.

If you are in the Butler County (northern Cincinnati) area, give him a call.

Bruce did a fantastic job on a sump pump repair in our basement. You immediately realize he is a genuine person who cares about their work, customers, and business. He took the time to explain things to me, and helped me to understand why specific work was needed.

Much better than one of the big shops out there since you never know who you'll get. Bruce is the guy you want. It is also helps that he fun to chat with and enjoys dogs.

After having 3 plumbers agree to come by and give me an estimate for replacing a laundry tub and faucet in my laundry room, I searched Yelp and found this business. After a few calls they arranged to meet with me during a particularly difficult time for me to coordinate with anyone and replaced the tub and faucet perfectly an even cleaned up afterward. The best plumber with a liberal amount of customer service. Bruce will be my first choice for any future work and my recommendation to anyone looking for a plumber

Bruce is fantastic!! I was very comfortable with him in my home even though I'm a single female. He was very easy to talk to, almost like we had known eachother for years.

He was very professional and his price was excellent to fix my hot water heater. He even wiped it down for me because it was dirty. Bruce didn't try to tell me that I needed a new water heater, or that multiple things needed fixing, etc. Instead he was honest about what needed fixing and what the best solution was to my problem without upselling (something i'm sure everyone is all too familiar with).

Once he was done, he stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure I was getting hot water. I am a completely satisfied customer and will call him again if I have more plumbing issues.

Bruce is an absolute life saver. I had a plumbing disaster at my new home after moving in just 2 days prior. It is my first home so I had no experience and no idea what I was doing. I called Bruce at 6pm on a Monday and he answered and was at my house within 10min. He replaced all the issues within minutes and even took the time to walk me through my new house and explain the plumbing set up and gave me a mini plumbing tutorial for my future reference as a new home owner. Although I've had a horrible day with restoration workers in my new home all day ripping out my ceiling and trying to dry it out, Bruce was able to fix the source of the problem within minutes and finally gave me some peace of mind. I pray I never have another plumbing issue again, but if/when I do, Bruce will be the first person I call. I simply cannot emphasize enough how great Bruce and Hardy Plumbing are and how much I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again for everything Bruce!

I felt compelled to signup for an account on Yelp just for this review. I had Bruce come over to check a non-urgent leak issue in one of my rental properties in MASON. Bruce did not try to sell me a solution that would have favored him, instead he suggested that I wait and see if the leak persists. He thoroughly checked to see if he could find the leak without an invasive inspection. He gave me some pointers that would possibly take care of the leak. In the end, he left without charging me anything for his time. He seems like a very nice person, who knows how to build a business through customer service.

I would recommend Hardy Plumbing to all my friends and family! Super nice, respectable man. He even brought the package in from my front porch as I had my hands full with my baby!. Being a young Mother I was afraid to have a stranger in my home but there waa nothing to worry about with Bruce. He is super friendly, it felt like my Dad came over to help me out! He is also licensed,bonded, insured and he and his other team members are all back round checked!! He was very efficient and I was surprised that he left things cleaner than when he came. I had no tub to clean out or mess to clean up at all.....he took care of it! Very affordable pricing as well! I will definitely use him for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done! Great service, great family owned business!!
