be aware!!!! i did not give them authorization to use my card and they charged my card anyway. this company and the guy that runs it our crooks! run!!!! save yourself and use another company!

We had an exterior spigot pipe burst, and I was eager to get it repaired quickly. It was right around New Year's so they couldn't come right away, but I was able to get them to come within a couple of days. The guy they sent was terrific! He was very knowledgeable and replaced the pipe quickly. The house is still new to us, and he also graciously took the time to show us some of the basics we should have already known about our home's plumbing. I will not hesitate to call Hardy's again.

Thrilled with their service!! Sean came to our house after we had no water due to a burst pipe, he was friendly, knowledgeable and did a fast, complete and wonderful job! Definitely would recommend Hardy and will be using them again!

It has been a horrible experience!!! They put a plastic piece instead of using a brass fitting which cracked n caused leakage. Took them two weeks to fix their mistake which caused more damage. The office people are terrible. Petro now owns Hardy plumbing. Do not use them!

Very disappointed with Hardy. I have used them in the past for plumbing, heating and HVAC services. When my HVAC stopped working in Mid July, I called them and they said they couldn't come for 4 days. I called another company who came by same day and fixed it immediately. I guess they got too big for their regular customers. Good luck!

Did not do the work we agreed to. Had it in writing and they preformed work I didn't want. The bill was triple what I expected. The work completed was incorrect due to poor communication between estimator and plumbers. Billed my CC without authorization. I couldn't dispute it due to my CC RULES.
Gave an excuse blaming a office girl no longer with the company. Left work uncompeted ( ended a vent pipe inside a wall!)

We were victims of price gouging. They lied to us about the cost of the materials. (Obviously they don't know that we can look up prices) They did not deliver everything that was promised. They did not itemize their bill because that's hard to do when you are price gouging. I cannot stress it enough-DO NOT USE THEM.

Needed a plumber immediately for a hot water heater that kept dropping gallons of water into my basement. Hardy scheduled me immediately, assessed and serviced burner and hwh all in one shot. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, neat and timely and had things up and running within the afternoon. Grateful for their excellent service!

I can't say enough about Hardy plumbing and how responsible and professional they are we had an issue at our rental home that occurred on a Friday evening left a voicemail that evening spoke to them on Saturday morning and Ray was at our house later that morning fixed the issue in no time .... good communication responsive company qualified individuals highly recommended

My experience with this company was a nightmare. They installed a new boiler in my mobile home. ruined the bathroom floor forI got to turn on the valve to the shower,and I was without hot water in shower for 3 days. spilled old fuel and left a fuel line leaking for three days. for this I paid $7095!Traci who answers the phone in the office was very kind to my calls called them 5 times to come back!!!wish I never had them do the job.Dont risk it!!
