Worse service ever. They showed up in January and said they would get back to me, here it is march and after calling numerous times I finally got a manager. The Manager said someone would be out before lunch at the end of the week, and after lunch I called and they didn't call me or show up. I called them, they said they were stuck and wouldn't make it, but would come back Monday... Monday came and went and they didn't show or call... I called many times and was re-assured they would be here before the end of the day... well they didn't... Service is horrible... if you cant make an apt, call the customer...

I needed a plumber to come out and replace the pressure reduction valve on my house. I had called another plumber and they couldn't get to me for a few weeks. So I asked around and Hardy Plumbing was suggested to me by a parent from my kids baseball team. I called and made the appointment. Mind you I had already located the valve, dug it up so all he had to do is coming in remove the old valve and replace with a new one. When he arrived I explained what problems I was having with my water pressure. Without further investigation he goes outside to the site of my excavation and says, yep, should have one in my truck. So he yells to his wife, whom I find out later has been working along side of him for the last year or better, for her to bring the part out of the van. After the removal of the old valve he realizes he doesn't have the right fitting and has to run to the nearest Lowes. I direct him to the one in Evans. The whole time he is complaining about having his wife on the job site and how he doesn't think this is going to work out. He finally gets the new valve installed to find out it is not the pressure reduction valve at all. He traces the main water pipe under my house to my EPI water filtration system. After choosing to bypass service and have the water fed directly into the house it appeared to resolve the issue I was having in my kitchen since. I asked how much and he said, let me call in and find out. So he makes the call while I am standing there and the person on the other end nonchalantly says, charge him $495. So I didn't argue since I was not given a quote before-hand. The service technician even said that seems high. Later that night I looked it up and the average price for that job is less than half that. I wrote a letter to the asking to call me and explain what was going on thinking that they may have just charged me the wrong rate by accident. They didn't even show me the courtesy or respect to call or respond back in writing. I would not recommend them even if they were the only ones to have availability with a water main broken in your house. Find a quality professional plumber somewhere else.

Everyone is so nice and professional at this company Many times I have had to contact them on emergency issues and they have quickly taken care of them

Employee came out and said he needed part and would return the following day. I asked what time and he said QUOTE """"I can't give you a time yet because that associate comes in at 3:30am to do the scheduling...but you're definitely in the books for tomorrow!"""" Needless to say, next day, 11am...haven't heard anything so I called and not only was I NOT scheduled, but I was essentially called a liar as the worker I quoted above denied saying it! No apology, no accountability, no responsibility and certainly no integrity!! WHEN THE EMPLOYEE LIES AND THE BOSS DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT AND THEN EXPRESSES NO REASONABLE RESOLUTION OR HONOR TOWARDS THE CUSTOMER AND THEIR DILEMMA!!!!

This was the company that American Home Shield uses in my parents area for plumbing issues. When their faucet was leaking, this is the company that was sent to them. In trying to fix it, they broke the two hot water/cold water knobs. Instead of fixing it, we were told the whole thing would need to be replaced. They guy lied to our American Home Shield company and told them that someone had tried to fix the faucet before when that was never done. This caused American Home Shield to not cover this. Hardy Plumbing said they would replace it but they couldn't schedule a time and were uncommunicative for days after, not returning phone calls or messages when we wanted to know if a faucet was ordered. After 10 days of no water in our kitchen, they finally came to install the faucet. They charged $595 without any kind of break down of the cost. When we look up the cost of the exact model faucet they bought, it's no more than $250 online. They were here less than an hour to install it and then charged close to $600. This is a company we will never use again. And we will make sure everyone knows about the way we were treated.

Quick to respond to calls and very efficient in fixing the problem at a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers we have tried. We will definitely be using their services again if we have plumbing issues.

Used them numerous times at our Evans home. Always did a good job at a reasonable price. We continue to use them when needed.

An outside faucet disconnected from the pipe at 7:30 pm. I called Hardy Plumbing, and Eric arrived within an hour. He finished the job in no time, and was extremely thorough and respectful. Excellent price for the after hours call and skill set. Definitely recommend for your 24 hour plumbing needs.

Whatever you do, do not use this company. They installed two hot water heaters. My water hot water still has problems and they will not come out to even take a look at it. They tried to blame it on my water so they referred me to this water specialist and I did. It cost me a bunch of money and my water tested with no issues. I called them back to let them know and show the results. They still wanted to say it was my water although the people they referenced said it was not. The absolutely crazy thing about all of this that they have not once came out to my home to check it out or show any concern. I paid a lot of money for these hot water heaters and my family deserves better and so does yours. Now the last thing is that I had a friend to call them out to his house to do some minor work. We waited exactly a month. I had him to call them out and to my surprise, they came out. So I know your saying well that just contradicted what I'm complaining about. Well the only issue with that is that he does not look like me!!!

This is probably the worst company in all of the CSRA. Almost a year ago, I believed that I had a potential gas leak in my house. After a long night with the fire department and gas company, I was instructed to contact a plumbing company that could perform a test to discover if I had any leaks throughout the gas line. My wife called this company and explained our situation and we had someone come out the next day. When the plumber arrived, he was unaware of the situation and called my wife to discuss what happened. He never went any further than my front door and told my wife that he couldn't perform that task now as it would take several hours and we needed to reschedule with his company. He also stated that if the gas company checked the line that it was fine because they were strict on the guidelines of the gas line. My wife asked if we needed to pay him for a service charge and he told us no since he did not do anything. Needless to say a month later we received a service bill for $100. I have called numerous times to discuss the charge and have never received a call back from a manger or supervisor. I have now been taken to collections for this charge. I'm not sure if they do good work or not but I wouldn't trust them to be ethical.
