Listen! We used everything you could think of to clear the tub drain, and I MEAN ERYTHING! So we asked around and Ralph was recommended. We called late one evening and he said I will come by tomorrow by 10am. Why was he knocking at out door at 9:30? Called my phone a few times (it was on silent) and waited a WHOLE 12 minutes for me to open the door. Now, upstairs we go to the bathroom. Ralph assessed the situation and said it will probably take about an hour. Well, 7 hours later and a few trips to the truck, he said ""i have to do surgery."" I was like OK what's the cost.... Long story short and 2 days of surgery on replacing a few pipes, 25 more feet of snake, our drain was finally clear. Ralph and his team stood on buisiness!

Maybe they can do good work but they couldn't commit to coming and no showed me twice. If your home warranty works with them and they assign your service order to HardRock, get on a call with your home warranty provider immediately and ask for the claim to be reassigned to another contractor unless you are willing to wait and have the patience to be no showed multiple times.

Ralph was very knowledgeable and recommended another issue we needed to get done before our original problem. He kept us updated on everything and his eta when he was running a little behind. He did a very professional job and everything works perfectly.

CHW Technician, Hard Rock Plumbing and Drain Services is the worst plumbing company in the world. I made an appt with them on Dec 9th, 2021, and it is 1/4/22 and they still have not come to my house to fix my water heater. When they answer, they tell you to call them back or they will call you back. They never call you back and when you call them, they do not answer unless you call from a different # other than your contact #. My husband and I took shifts in calling them from different phone #'s to reach someone. When they answer, they are unapologetic and rude about missing five appts in a row. Please never use them. We are still taking cold showers. It has been a month of them stringing us around, missing appts. repeatedly and they still have not showed up. We have now been reassigned to a different plumbing co.

Our sink in our rental property never drained. You could literally turn on the water for 30 seconds and it would build up. I met Ralph while walking the dog and he gave me his business card. He came all the way to our home within the alloted time frame, gave us a quote, and worked quickly and efficiently. Ralph provided us with information about the problem while he was doing each step. Very honest and trustworthy! His work was done seamlessly and he didn't leave my house a mess. Even while he worked he let me pick his brain. I will totally recommend him to anyone in the DMV in need of a plumber. And we all know how much we dread plumbing needs, well Ralph eliminated that for us and we will totally be doing business with him again in the future. Awesome Black-Owned Business!!!
