Getting your sewer repaired is the kind of job you want to get done once and done right. That was my logic and what drove my research when looking to have our sewer lateral repaired. I wanted to find a contractor that was very experienced and didn't cut corners (no pun Intended :)

I highly recommend Hardiman Construction (Trenchless Titan). They're an excellent outfit: very experienced, professional, and they kept to their schedule. Our sewer work was complicated but the Gerry the owner was able to speak knowledgeably about the job. We found contractors that were somewhat lower price but it's worth paying to have the job done properly and to have the peace of mind that we won't have to think about the sewer ever again.

These guys are pros and run a smooth, competent shop. They are not the least expensive bid, but they are tight, they are real people, and they do really good work. Sewer lateral replacement is a highly specific, overly regulated, and stupid expensive operation - but you gotta do it if you gotta do it. Ours was a $10k+ job up a hill with limited access and oak trees we'd rather not murder. This shop handled all with precision and care.

They also work seamlessly with, and have a good reputation with our local building/permitting agency - which is not nothing.

Cannot recommend these folks highly enough. The County had recommended that everybody in our area get their sewer laterals checked so we would not have to tear up the streets for future repairs after planned paving. I actually called another firm for the sewer lateral check (camera in the line) and they could not find the ""clean-out' spot in our unusual hilly situation, so couldn't do the check. I had already called Trenchless to get a competitive bid, and their guys found it in a matter of minutes, did a camera inspection,and found roots clogging it a bit. They drove up to get the necessary device to clear the roots, came back and did that - and ran the camera down again. They then determined our relation to the neighbors' easement &c -
The entire bill was a fraction of what the competitor had estimated to install a new clean-out.
These guys really know this subject, which is their specialty. Have recommended them to my neighbor and anybody else in earshot!

Trenchless Titan put in a new lateral to the street at our place last week. I was extremely pleased. They communicated with the City as necessary, arrived promptly, and the whole crew was very pleasant and cooperative. Most impressive, there was a glitch, and they came out ASAP and did a good job of fixing it, brick sidewalk and all.

If I could give them 10 stars I would! Trenchless Titan pulled off the impossible and replaced our sewer lateral just in time for the close on our house. Melissa was wonderful and Luke and his team worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I highly recommend using them!!

These guys are amazing. Wonderful family run business. We had some really bad flooding during the hard rains this winter and they came in and unclogged our drains and helped us out on very short notice. Would strongly recommend them! Thank you guys so much for helping us out.

The crew was awesome! They did a great job and had it done super fast. They accommodated us on short notice and came out early on a Saturday morning to get our broken pipes and backup fixed. Very knowledgeable and even took the time to stop to explain their work to me, and the other problems we had with our pipes but didn't know about originally. The crew was professional and polite, did great work, cleaned up afterward and left no trace. I could go on and on about how great they were and how much we appreciate the work they did.

With 39 years as a Real Estate Broker and the district-mandated point-of-sale sewer inspections and replacement requirements, Hardiman Construction Trenchless Titan has always delivered inspection reports quickly with competitively-priced proposals. In Sausalito this can be tricky where up to 4 properties can tie into a shared common lateral and run over 300 feet to the street below. The Hardiman crew just completed such a daunting project for my buyers and their new neighbors and got everyone to cooperate without a hitch! This takes a high level of both technical skills and people skills. They do roughly 20 inspections for me each year and I rely on them as part of my team.
