Love this company !!! The techs are very skilled in there trade and would highly recommend to anyone. Several service calls had been made for my home ranging from appliance repair, plumbing , and my a/c system. Definitely the locals favorite.

If I could give this place no stars I would. What horrible customer service. Oh my gosh. They do this to so many people that I'm surprised they are not out of business. I called about a repair and told them on a Tuesday night that this fridge at our rental house needed to be fixed. They didn't call me back the next morning. So i called them the next morning and Brenda was really rude on the phone. I asked her if they got my message, all she said was the guy would put me on the schedule. She said he would call me. Okkkkk. We waited until Thursday and my husband was having medical issues and we were gone all day.

I called 3 times and oh my gosh, what horrible customer service. I asked her if she knew when they would put it on their schedule ? She still didn't know, WTH???? The guy finally called and I explained to him that I was going to town in Friday but my husband would be home to go over to our rental house after 1 pm. Repair guy called Friday morning and scheduled an appointment at 1:30. I asked him to confirm it with my husband as he works from home and he did.

While I was in town at an appointment, repair guy called at 1 and asked if I could meet him. I told him I was 45 minutes away and he made a time with my husband at 1:30 pm, I told him my husband was on a conference call and would meet him at the time specified. Repair guy was rude and said he didn't want to wait and he was already back to his town and if he could come back the following week. Geez!!!!

WHAT????? Who does that?? YOU made the appointment you loser and you go back? I called the office very upset and Brenda said, WELL, what do you want me to do about it? Geez. What the hell???

Guess the employees are running the insane asylum and no one cares about work ethic.

I heard from the Sears repair guy that Hardesty General
Repair does this all of the time to people. Well, say goodbye to your business. It's over.

I am soooooo shocked at the treatment by them. It could have been $700 in their pocket.
