Moms boiler broke. She's 88 and on oxygen. No boiler means no heat and no hot water in March. Hardcastle came to the rescue. Although they had work scheduled through the next month they contacted additional help who began repairs the same afternoon. For the next two and a half days they worked full days, without breaks, pulling out the old boiler and hot water tank and replacing it with new equipment and up to code gas lines. Hardcastle sent an additional technician to help. Both men were professional, courteous and hardworking. They kept their stated arrival times. Each day they called 10 minutes before arrival. When the work was complete and we were bringing mom back into her cottage, (with her oxygen tank) the men were busily vacuuming her carpet, saying they try to leave a site better than when they arrived.
This company deserves 10 stars, not just five!

They tried to call me before the technician came but I didn't recognize the number so didn't pick up. Tyler was great, actually arrived an hour early which was fine with me. He checked our furnace thoroughly and made appropriate recommendations.

The only request I would have is that they leave a message that the technician is on their way when they call. Other than that, I would recommend Hardcastle HA&P highly.

This is the most reliable HVAC Company in Colorado Springs. Friendly, and trustworthy. Will never recommend something you don't need but what they do recommend is important. From Ac to heating and plumbing, highly recommended. Should be your go to if you need HVAC services.

This is my second review of Hardcastle, but they have done a bunch of work for us over the past year so it's worth updating. We have had Hardcastle do big jobs (new HVAC system), medium jobs (new reverse osmosis and whole house sediment filters) and small jobs (leak in shower). Every single time they are 5++ stars. Their communication is outstanding. Each of their service members are incredibly friendly and highly competent. And clean, really, really clean. They always wear booties and they always leave the job looking stellar. A special shout out to Dave who was here today and is always great.

It was time for a duct cleaning and Joshua arrived right on time, with his assistant, and got to work. The job took less than half an hour and we noticed the difference right away. My wife and I have been using Hardcastle for our plumbing, electric and HVAC jobs for a few years, ever since I replaced my 18-year old furnace with a Carrier Infinity, which is the best investment I've made for our home. I recommend Hardcastle unequivocally, and their customer service is a big part of why.

We needed to replace our water heater, and boiler. Hardcastle Heating and Air came out quickly and diagnosed our problems. When we agreed to having the work done, they again gave us a quick turn around to get the job completed. Everything was completed in 2 days and we had hot water once again. Raul, our technician, was amazing and very professional! You should see what he did and he did a great job putting in our combination tankless waterheater and boiler.
