On a Thursday night I discovered my 16 yo hot water heater sprung a leak. I called Hardcastle Home Services first thing Friday morning and they were able to schedule Kyle to come out that afternoon to give me an estimate. He confirmed the hot water heater needed to be replaced and the new installation would be brought up to code. Kyle made several calls and was able to schedule Travis to come up Saturday for the install which was great since ALL the water to the house had to be shut OFF!
Saturday morning Travis called to let me know he was on his way. Within a couple of hours the old hot water heater was pulled out (and he took it with him for disposal ) and a new Rheem hot water heater rated for my altitude was installed. I couldn't have been more pleased!

I just had my gas furnace and hot water heater replaced today by Hardcastle Heating & Air - The King of Comfort. Everything went absolutely perfect. First I had Tyler come by to assess what I may need and how much it would cost. They were able to schedule me within just a couple of days and they came by yesterday to rip out the old furnace and the old hot water heater in order to get a head start before today which was the scheduled install day, and was done before noon. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Callegari, a third generation HVAC technician from Long Island, New York. He moved to great state of Colorado in search of cleaner air and open spaces. He enjoys hiking, art, target shooting and action sports. Very professional and very knowledgeable! He made what might have seemed impossible to which turned into a perfect install!
Also assisting Joe was Reggie Gladney who is from
Nashville, TN.
These technicians make an excellent team, and took extreme care in cleaning up and making sure everything is in perfect operating order. I highly recommend HardCastle and these two technicians!

The plumber David was great. They figured out the problem and fixed it. I have a heating and moving a gas line to be moved. David took a picture and showed it later to Kyle in the HVAC . Now Kyle is coming to give me an estimate on my HVAC . Great time work . This was the first time I've used them and will keep using them. I have a lot of plumbing for David to do next month. highly recommend.

Once again, Hardcastle saved the day!

I called late yesterday (just before closing) to request an appointment to fix my boiler... A tech came out today, quickly diagnosed and fixed the system, and now I'm all set. All so easy!

The tech, Travis, has worked on my system before -- and he is absolutely awesome! Totally knows his stuff, and is a pleasure to work with.

Very highly recommend both Hardcastle and Travis!!!

Totally satisfied. Hardcastle replaced our boiler and water heater. Raoul was ;prompt, did what he was supposed to do, cleaned up after the installation and then took us into the utility room to explain how it was all installed. Then when we had a bit of trouble 2 months later, he came back, fixed it and we weren't charged. Previous to the installation, we had problems with our old boiler and the fixed it to get us thru the rest of the winter.

A few months ago we had a new counter and sink installed, which required the assistance of Tomas and David at Hardcastle Plumbing since we went from two sinks to one sink. Tom and David are incredibly capable plumbers. They had to remove most of the plumbing under the sink and replace it with new plumbing, which they did and we haven't had a bit of trouble whatsoever.

We have used Hardcastle heating and plumbing department not long after we moved here and the guys and office have been super. They accommodated us when our pipes froze one year and did the job ASAP and we haven't had any trouble since then.

I would refer this company and the guys to anyone and everyone. Thank you everyone at Hardcastle Heating and Plumbing - its great to know that if you have an emergency you all are there to make a nasty situation a bit better.

This company goes beyond the service they provide. We needed help with getting an old mobile belonging to aging parents up to snuff, to be sellable. We needed plumbing for a clogged toilet. When Dave wanted to take a look
in the septic tank. We had no idea where it was located. He had extra time between appointments. He helped us move a small pile of wood to look under. He also educated us about water valve turn offs that seem stripped, but are not. All the people we have worked with are very cool folks. We wanted to work with a local business. We are not local to the aging old mobile's location. They are more than accommodating with our scheduling times. Which is so appreciated. They have even converted the neighbors. Those who were skeptical we'd get service pros up to the location at all. Seemed to be an issue we heard a lot about from these local neighbors. So Hardcastle put your name out there in small town locations. They need you. We count our lucky stars. We found you. You have not disappointed us at all.

We asked to have a ductless unit replaced for one room and these units retail from Carrier for $1470. The installers did not have to do anything with the gas lines or construction, just replace the old unit. The bill--for some ungodly reason--ended up being $4654.00. Their itemized bill said the unit was $1739.00. They charged an additional $2309 for a ""12K Comfort Condenser 115V."" I called the company and asked what this Comfort Condenser was because the unit itself comes complete. There is no need to have an additional condenser. We have put these units on three times before and know very well what they come with. As for getting any answers, I have currently been passed off.

Hayden and Joe were very professional and respectful of my home. Very fast and effecient on my furnace and stack install...Gave me a quick turtorial as well..Nice friendly guys..aww to have heat again !!
