These guys were great! The plumbing in my 1932 Spanish Colonial is challenging and I'm use to plumbers and electricians trying to take advantage of the unique situation for their financial gain; however, these guys were professional from start to finish. They communicated throughout the process and cut a terrific deal for the amount of time and effort they had to put in over the weekend.

If you want plumbers you can trust that know what they're doing and price fairly, these are your guys.

There's nothing like a stinky overflowing toilet and the dire need to have it fixed. I gave these guys a call, Raffi was very pleasant on the phone and sent his loyal employee Carlos to the rescue. I was very grateful for their prompt response (1 hour) and ease of working together. They have great prices and work very hard. I give them 5 stars for sure! Definitely planning on continuing working with this team.

4/4/2015 - Raffi and Carlos came out to my rental property to snake a laundry drain. He did an excellent job running the snake through and clearing out any blockages. He also tested the clearance by running water through the drain to ensure that water was no longer backing up.

Again, I'm appreciative that Raffi went out of his way to make any wrong a right. I also appreciate the way he runs his business in a professional manner.

Will most likely be using Hard Hat Rooter & Plumbing again with our other rental properties. Thank you Raffi!

Raffi and Carlos saved my house this week. After a plumbing emergency left me with a HUGE mess in my neighborhood, other plumbers were looking to charge me $10-20K+. Raffi was able to fix the problem for a fraction of that, without excavating the street - and did it all the same day. He had three sets of workers at my house within two hours, and they spent 8 hours there until 9pm and fixed the issue. Don't hesistate to call these guys. They are miracle workers.

Recently our sink began to back up and not drain. We figured it required a simple snaking and found Hard Hat on Yelp. Called in the morning and they were able to have someone come out the same day. Turns out our drainage issues were not so simple, however the tech didn't give up (all the while attempting to be quiet as to not wake my napping toddler). He snaked the drain several times and even went under the house to check the pipes, taking video so I could see any problem areas. Finally the drain was clear and I was only charged the original drain clearing fee. They even called me later that day to help me with an unrelated air conditioning issue. Great, fast and efficient service. I'd definitely call them for future plumbing issues.
