I am so upset with them. I received a bill for $2500 to put in a sink. I was on vacation and there was no way this guy was at my house that long so I complained and then they dropped off 1000 then I had to call him back because the freaking sink was leaking and now it's been a couple of months later my dishwasher stopped working because of probably something they did that hot water never got hot and then, it leaked again so when I looked under the sink, I saw that all the connections were loose on the plastic PVC. They did a horrible job. I would never recommend them. I am so upset with them. I can't see straight. I would never never recommend them I would use dapper Plumbing instead anybody and they don't answer their phone they're not reliable. Their prices aren't that good I would never use them sorry.

These guys showed commitment to a plumbing job that had multiple leaks after the 1st & 2nd efforts. There were some difficulties but the team came back and fixed our pump house plumbing within 48 hours of calling about the 2nd leak. We do appreciate them fixing the mistake and completing the repairs, but we will still have some work to do to repair the pump house in general.

BOB IS ONE OF THE MOST CROTCHETY, RUDE, ARROGANT MEN I'VE EVER MET. And being a Teamster for over 32 years - I've met some pretty nasty guys. He ranks right up there.
Granted - he's not the owner anymore, just does scheduling - but Lord help you if you're alone and really need help.
I'm 71, a woman, handicapped, BOTH TOILETS had parts that failed at the same time due to bad water we get from our ""Community Well"".
Although relatively handy, I'm not that good - REALLY needed help - he knew it.
I was nice as heck.
Talked to a male neighbor - he's a great, mellow person, too - and HE ran into personality issues with Bob.
If I could give Bob a 00 would.
The only good thing is their prices by the hour- as Plumbers/Electricians/A/C people should be.
The others ones wanted to charge by the job - and just for all the INSIDE PARTS, I was looking at $900 - AND they all just wanted to sell you a new toilet + labor = thousands.
Try SCOTTIES - used them many times - also hourly, - they're SO FAIR, good, polite - they're booked out really far, though.

I don't trust them at all. Convinced me over the phone that I needed a new toilet, so they sent out 2 technicians. One of them fixed the problem in less than 30 seconds, but they still billed me $450. Avoid them!

I would not recommend Harbor plumbing to my worst enemy. First of all, I never hired this company to perform any work, whatsoever. I hired a plumber my wife knew who gave this to this company to perform. There was never a call or contract to do what we needed done. After explaining this to Joe, an employee who answered the phone at Harbor Plumbing. After much disagreement, Joe explained I should $850 (half of what was being charged) and that would settle the bill in full. Rather than go to court, spending even more money and time, I decided Joe's suggestion was the correct thing to solve the disagreement, so I sent them a check for the amount renegotiated, $850 [way too much still for a day with one employee's work.
In today's mail I received a ""Mechanic's Lien"" from Harbor Plumbing for the amount of$676.15 from the owner of HP who does not acknowledge my previous conversation with his employee, Joe, of fulfilling the invoice in full for the renegotiated price. Just to be clear, The job was to install one kitchen faucet and an outdoors bib/water faucet. The work performed was by one employee, (by my wife's girlfriend's husband) for eight hours work at $120 per hour plus a bogus amount added to the bill of highly-inflated unsubstantiated used materials;were used or left on the job.

The one star I rated this company for was for the good work I had expected from my wife's friend to complete.

Use Harbor Plumbing at your discretion, you have been warned.

Personally, I had a completely different experience than those previously listed! I called Harbor Plumbing for help with some toilet issues I had in my apartment complex. The owner, Bob, answers the phone and walked me through how to fix the problem until he could get there! My emergency was fixed within minutes and Bob knew exactly how to stay calm when I was freaking out about having water everywhere in my complex! I would 12/10 recommend their services and will definitely be calling Harbor Plumbing for any further needs!

Bought a new house and made an appointment with this provider to update the plumbing in the house. Made the appointment weeks in advance and even called to confirm the appointment earlier in the week of the appointment. Unfortunately, the provider never showed up. Didn't call either. My wife and I wasted a vacation day so we could be on the property for this work. Work is not done and our move-in day is just around the corner. This provider has put us in a bit of a jam and there is no way I would recommend them. To top it off, in a subsequent conversation with the provider, he got attitude and essentially told me to find someone else to do the work. No problem. Consider it done.
