Of course you always have plumbing issues at the most inconvenient times. Ours started the evening of the 4th of July holiday and within minutes of submitting a Yelp price quote request, Manny reached out. We had a very kind conversation that night (past 11pm!) and he set an appointment to come the next morning. He got here and answered all of our questions, and even took the time to let us ask additional questions about other minor pipe/plumbing issues we've been having. He ended up snaking the kitchen sink for a very reasonable price. Manny is now our go-to plumber and I've already given his info to our neighbors who have asked for a good plumber recommendation. Go with Manny!

DOUBLE TROUBLE FIXED ON THE......!!!
I'd been putting off getting both of my bathroom sinks snaked and drained because I was worried about the cost, scheduling, and more.
Enter Rooter & Plumbing services, Manuel is legitimately awesome at what he does, but he's also a great human being. Customer service was top notch, service rates were more than reasonable and he's now become my permanent go-to for Plumbing services. Period. Any reservations I previously had when it comes to getting these types of jobs taken care of, I no longer have, because he's a phone call away. So in conclusion, don't waste your time with anyone else, trust me when I say you will be more than happy with Harbor Rooter and Plumbing services. Period. And then you can tell your friends and family ""I've got a guy"" when they have rooter/plumbing issues. Because they're the BEST. NO Cap!! (That means 'no lie')

I reached out for a quote about a leaky faucet and Manny was so responsive and helpful. I'm a first time homeowner so calling a plumbing service versus the mgmt office is all new. But after speaking to him, I felt confident with he was going to do great work. He was able to provide a timeline and walkthrough of what he was going to do and also come to our house so he could give us am accurate estimate. I really appreciated this rather than getting a generic price that a few other companies sent me. He inspected our faucets and the parts that came with them before providing the price too to make sure that there wouldn't be any surprises.

Manny was able to come out same day for the leaky pipe which was the real emergency, and then we scheduled a time for him to come back the next day and install 4 bathroom and a kitchen faucets.

Bottom line- he went above and beyond. Will 100% use again and recommend Manny to anyone.

I needed a water line installed in my kitchen for my new home. Manny quickly responded to my yelp project and made an immediate appointment to go see how the work would conduct. When I shared the other quotes I received for my project he was shocked how other contractors were charging. He was honest, professional, and respectful the whole time. He ended up completing the job less than an hour and explained everything what was done. My wife and I couldn't be happier that we could find a dependable honest plumber. Look no more Yelpers? Came home to a leaky toilet. Manny was quick to respond to me, made sure I knew what needed to be addressed, and gave me a fair assessment on how long/costly it would be. He didn't try to oversell me, or try to squeeze any more money out of me.

The ""open 24 hours"" thing is no joke too, we had this conversation at 3-4 in the morning.

He came in on time, wore a mask and handled everything very quickly. Also made sure to let me know of some possible issues I may have in the future. Extremely professional service at a reasonable price, you couldn't ask for anything more from a plumber. Highly recommend.

I recently purchased a home and it seems like the drain line for the washer hadn't been used in a while. Within 1 second, the pipe would start flooding. I sent out a yelp request and Manny was the first to respond. I called immediately and he already suspected the problem. I said, maybe i'll try to fix it myself. He had suggestions and made himself available in case my efforts didn't work. He understood that others may have done the same in the past. Sure enough--he was right. My efforts failed. I called and made an appointment. When he got here, he started draining right away and i could hear the difference. There was no way i would have been able to do this manually.

Anyway, Manny was avilable immediately, the price was good and fair, and he was very friendly/personable. Honestly, it felt like a buddy of mine came over to help me fix my issue. I will be saving their contact info because until i have a bad experience with these guys, they will be the only person i call for these situations.
