Manny replied right away to my 6:30 AM project inquiry on Yelp! We texted back and forth. He answered my questions and gave me a reasonable estimate. He showed up on time, was neat, friendly, and did the work very quickly.

Manny:
-Dressed appropriately (no undergarments or skin showing)
-Was clean and cleaned up the repair area. He didn't leave a mess behind when he was done!
-Suggested that I purchase a certain part from Home Depot for the repair, so he's not trying to gouge anybody with part prices.
-Did not increase the cost of the repair.
-Excellent communication and very personable

He helped me out a LOT because I didn't want my landlord to know that there was damage. I didn't cause it. Manny explained to me that it was normal wear and tear and that the part had actually lasted longer than it's expected to.

But I still didn't want to get blamed for it. I decided to try to fly under the radar by paying for the repair myself in hopes that this investment will prevent her from thinking about raising my rent ""to recoup costs,"" because the total was far less than what I would pay in only a few months if she increased my rent.

If I have more plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely be calling Manny!!

Six in the morning and the bathtub wasn't draining and I had to go to work other people had to use the shower Manny was able to come out right away and fix the issue at a reasonable price fast clean and local very positive experience Manny got back to me right away And was able to take care of the issue while I was away from the house. Great customer service so happy this morning. The bathtub has never worked/drains better even after being fixed last time did a very thorough job.
