Five stars for Harbor irrigation! Great service from the owner Jimmy and his crew of guys were amazing, friendly, hardworking and did quality work at our house. I know this is a busy time and people are doing work at their home but he was very responsive and receptive to our needs and got the job done. I would highly recommend for your irrigation needs. We will continue to use them for all our needs as well. It's worth the wait !

We live in Huntington, am an existing customer, and have made no less that three appointments. When they blew us off without so much a call ahead, the person answering the telephone for the third time apologized and swore they would show up later on the same day. Well, they were a third no show. It's a shame that when your polite, courteous, and pay your bills it's not enough. We are so tired of the contractor whereby you need to get upset to get things done. No worries, we have called and made connections with better companies.

These guys are on top of their game. In a day and age where your word doesn't matter, well actually it does for Harbor Irrigation. Always on time, courteous, knowledgeable , and offer fair pricing. They are my Go To Irrigation Co.

I highly recommend my cousin here. Just joking-- Not about the review, but being a family member, and I'm glad im not. I'd venture to say they serve family last, because they know family dont pay the bills, customers do. Lol! Good people. Highly reccomended.

Used them because I saw them parked outside my neighbor's house. In the Fall they didn't show up during the time-frame they scheduled me for but I was off that day so it was fine. He tried to tell me that since we just moved in and don't know how the system was maintained that we should just replace the whole thing? LOL. Just now for Spring I scheduled them during my lunch break and came home to, of course, them not showing up. When I called I was first told the guy was around the block, then they called back to say he was at lunch and it was going to be a bit. I don't understand making an appointment and just being completely blown off by a company. Will never use again.

I have been using them for years. For both openings & closings, as well as any repairs.
They show up when they're suppose to & They don't try to 'Milk' the hours. I cant believe how fast they can do a major repair like they did for me yesterday
After all these years, At this point I don't have to check on their work. If they tell me I need something I just have them do it knowing I really needed it

Not sure how to rate irrigation companies, but I left one that was not so great, and started up with Harbor Irrigation a few years ago on the recommendation of a friend who was a client of theirs. I find them to be quite good. No issues, fairly prompt, considering I'm not exactly local to their HQ. I'd recommend Harbor Irrigation to Long Islanders in a flash.

I find this company to be first-rate. Their commitment to service and product knowledge is excellent. I've had two quasi emergencies and they were more than happy to come fix, and did their best to fit me in during what I believe to be their ""busy season"".

I would not recommend these people at all. They come to ""fix"" what they have installed and it takes at least 3 visits to get it right. If we did not belong to an HOA that forced us to use them, we never would. My plantings are croaking in the heat and they tell me I have to wait five days for an appointment!
