Very simply, these folks are very good at what they do. Not only are they good at doing their plumbing job but also as to how they run their business. We had several jobs for them ranging to new shower fixtures to an outside hose connection that broke off. The shower went very quickly and promptly while the outside work involved pipes running through walls of a 100 year old house that could not be fixed without going into the wall. We did not want to do that so Doug set up a perfectly acceptable work around for us. They always told us when Doug would be at our house and he always contacted us prior to his arrival. All around a good experience and they deserve every 5 star rating they get. The only plumbing company we will call in the future.

Here with an update on my experience with Harbor City. As mentioned, they were quick to come on site for a consult and set up a date for the project. They came back last week to get everything going and it was seamless! Tom and his team we're in an out within the day and did a wonderful job. They replaced virtually all of our old, steel piping, moved the gas line for our stove, and moved the water lines for our new sink and dishwasher. I was shocked how much they got done in 7 hours.

Not only was everything swiftly completed, I was so appreciative of how well Tom explained everything to me, asked lots of questions to confirm everything was as we wanted it, and even helped me make a few tough decisions. All around professionalism from the whole team.

Per my request, they so kindly left our old kitchen sink in place until we reach the phase of the renovation that the replacement will be ready to go in the new spot. This will require their return once more, but definitely worth it. No one (especially with a toddler!) wants to live sink-less for a few weeks.

I stumbled on Harbor City a few years ago when they were doing plumbing on a remodel in Cedarburg. I've used them pretty much as my ""go to"" guys ever since. This summer was exceptional, with 3 or 4 service calls for various jobs, ranging from a broken toilet flange to a water softener. The most recent contact was an emergency (sort of) repair at another location. Harbor City worked the job in around all their other work. Jordan and his crew are helpful, quick to respond and fairly priced. This summer they showed up with masks (unasked.) They are tidy, competent, well mannered, neat and clean. Five stars. What more can I say. Although it is tempting to keep them as a secret!
