Happy Trails... not really. In January they replaced my roof AC. They failed to set the dip switches so that the t-stat would recognize the various functions including the front furnace. I tried for several days to get thru to them, always leave a message. Finally I got a call from a girl named Brittany saying they would be here between 10 and noon on the 7th, yeah right. No show, no call and when I called them it was """"leave a message"""" I CANNOT recommend them

RV battery was not charging. They put a cheap AC/DC converter and charged me $250 over cost. When my camping trip ended I hooked up my camper to the truck planning to go home. The battery cables melted and my camper was on fire. It will now cost over $2000 to fix

I want by saying that their customer service was top notch. They made an opening to accommodate us in super short notice. Although we were able to fix the issue on our own prior to the appointment, we really appreciate their effort to make time to help us out. Thank you Kelly for all your help.

I had them out to fix water leak and do annual maintenance which included inspection of the water heater. They reported everything was good. The next day I noticed the water heater leaking from the relief valve. They came out again (6 days later). They opened and closed the valve a few times and said it was fixed. The next morning water was pouring out of the water heater. I called and asked them to come out to fix again, probably need to replace the valve. They said they could come out again in 2 days but it would cost be $125 for service call (already paid on first visit) and $125 for diagnostics (already paid on first visit) and total would be around $400. After I said I wouldn't pay for additional service calls they said they would get back to me but never called. I understand they didn't cause the leak - the part is old but opening and closing it on the first visit uncovered the problem and they didn't notice it. They also didn't fix it on the 2nd visit. Absolutely no reason I should have to pay for a 3rd visit. I ordered the $25 part and will fix it myself and find another mobile repair service.

She is ripped off my sister's RV and she was such so mean and left her unfinished repair the tank left on the driveway under her RV and never came back again to out them back for no reason.

Came the day after I called them. EXCELLENT WORKMANSHIP. I was extremely pleased. being a female alone, it is great to know there is someone I can trust. I sure found it with Happy Trails.

We took a short trip before we leave town on a longer jaunt, to make sure everything works properly in our travel trailer. Well, it did not. Our power converter went out and our bathroom flooded. Sharon came with a helper and found a leak in the back of the toilet. We needed a new toilet. And she discovered that the converter was not working. So she ordered the new converter (Tuesday, late afternoon). Told us she should have it Thursday and would be back on Friday to install it. She got it and did just as she said. We bought a new toilet and my husband was able to install that. So by Friday we were in good shape, ready for our long trip in a week. Thanks Sharon. Sure beats packing up and having to take it somewhere.

Outstanding customer service, Happy Trails went over and above to help with warranty issues with step motor and water heater on our M/home. Kept us informed on progress with parts shipments. And showed up when they said they would be there. Will use again if needed

Sharon was prompt in returning my call and came out within a day. There were some holes in the membrane of the roof and a skylight was cracked. My awning needed to be inspected. We used my zip ties to secure the awning and my tape on the skylight. Two tubes of caulking were applied on the roof. $235.00 seemed a bit steep to me. We all need to make money, but over a $200 profit was a bit much, sorry, won't be calling again
