This was our second time using Happy Sam's (our pipes like to clog once a year). Both times, service was very professional, reasonably priced and effective. I would definitely recommend their services.

Happy Sam's not only answered immediately every single time, but were very honest. They have a great work ethic, and had excellent prices for honest work. It's hard to trust in plumbers in general, but Happy Sam's is definitely the exception. They will be our plumbers for life. A special thank you to Al for your care.

My husband and I used Happy Sam's 4 years ago to replace the sewer piping in our townhouse. After one leak just after the installation was repaired (on Christmas Eve), we had no problems, until we went to sell the home.

A city inspector discovered that Happy Sam's did not follow code (didn't event pull a permit for the work) and we were now in danger of not being able to sell it. We found our original paperwork, which had a 5 year warranty. We called & found out that the owner had sold Happy Sam's to 2 brothers who worked for him. The brothers were very nice on the phone, but felt they were not responsible for the work since it happened before they owned the company.

After several calls back and forth, Al agreed to fix the work. All the pipe needed to be changed from PVC to copper. Al agreed to cover all costs, as he wanted to make good on the original promise. Workers came out within a week and quickly and carefully completed the work, making sure to thoroughly clean up after themselves. The city inspector arrived just after they finished and approved the work.

I have to say that the new owners took a difficult situation and did the right thing by making it right. I very much appreciate what they did & hope their business continues to grow. These are ethical owners who will do what it takes to make the customer happy. The work was corrected to the highest standards. I would definitely recommend Happy Sam's.

Returned my call quickly and came that day! Very efficient! Accommodated my schedule and is fair priced. There was plugged up sewage that was coming up from the tub and they fixed it all quickly and cleaned everything up(extra fee). Definitely recommend!!

Kind of disappointed. After reading all the good reviews, I thought that I'd give Happy Sam's a call for a minor pipe leak repair. However the guy that returned my call was rather dismissive and told me to call another company. They weren't going to be available till next week.

While visiting my mom one Saturday afternoon, I discovered a leaking sprinkler valve in her front yard. Unfortunately for us, the valve was strangely installed in front of the main shut off, and we couldn't wait for our regular handyman because my mom was leaving for vacation that night.

I spent the next hour contacting all the top Yelp rated plumbers in the area, and Happy Sam's was the first to return my call. Given the many positive reviews and the circumstances, I decided to hire them even though they wouldn't (or couldn't) give an estimate over the phone.

The plumber who arrived seemed friendly and helpful and told me that he'd have to install a new shutoff valve and replace the busted sprinkler valve, which all seemed reasonable. He also told me that the boss might quote me a high price, but the job shouldn't be more than $400.

When I spoke to Al to get the official quote, he told me $700. Even if I hadn't gotten the earlier tip, that seemed outrageous. Heck, even $400 is steep, but I wasn't in a position to get a second opinion with the flowing water and the time pressure to fix things quickly. After some haggling, we agreed on the $400, and a few hours later, the work was done.

In the end, I would have just chalked this up to paying a premium for emergency service. However, the new sprinkler valve sprung a leak just a week later! Luckily, our handyman WAS available this time, and he fixed it for a measly $50.

Perhaps my experience was an aberration, but I would not recommend this company at all.

I called Happy Sam's Plumming for help with my kitchen sink and bathroom faucet. He was prompt, on time, and quickly learned the issues. He was friendly and also very knowledgeable about the business. I was more than pleased with his service and the ability to quickly finish the work. Today with a rain storm, we had a emergency situation in our yard !! I started calling up plumbers in our neighborhood, but of course plumbers were busy as there were many houses on the same boat! I was turn down by a few plumbers before I got hold of Happy Sam's Plumbing on the phone. Thank goodness, the guy answered the phone said he understood our situation and said he would come within an hour. Guess what? He showed up within 40 min and dealt with the problem right away! He did a great job and we were so thankful to Happy Sam's Plumbing for coming right away to fix our problem!!

Happy Sam is my go-to person for plumbing problems. Recently, a toilet overflowed and bathtub backed up. I called Happy Sam and he came directly to my house, in about 30 minutes. He is friendly and businesslike, and got right to work. There were tree roots in two places blocking the sewer line, which he cleared. he also replaced a a part in the toilet tank, plus a warranty. I think the price was fair for the work done.

Sams plumbing was awesome. I had my kitchen sink plugged up and wouldn't drain the water. I called Sams plumbing and they came in less than an hour and fixed the problem. I have had someone else do similar job before and it cost me too much and the service was horrible. Sams plumbing was affordable, fast, and got the job done right. I highly recommend them!!!
