Thank you YELP. I found Happy Rooter on YELP after waiting a couple of days for a call back from a more ""known"" plumbing contractor for a clogged main sewer line. It was a good thing I did not get the call back. I called Victor late on a Friday afternoon and he said he would stop by after his son's baseball practice. Victor called when he was on the way. We decided that the main sewer line needed to be replaced and he gave a very reasonable quote. The work was started and completed on Monday. Victor had to replace additional pipe which was not quoted but the price stated the same. The crew cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. The family could not be happier with the work that Happy Rooter did and now we have a permanent plumber to call for any of our plumbing needs. I will refer Happy Rooter to anyone that asks.

Look no further! I called Victor for a toilet that was giving us trouble. He was able to come out in just a few hours to take a look. Very friendly and professional. He explained what he found and was able to fix the problem quickly. Unfortunately for me there are tree roots growing in the sewer line and I'll eventually need to do something about them. Victor recommended a reasonable course of action and fair estimate. When we are ready to tackle that problem or have any other issues I will definitely call Happy Rooter. I called Victor about noon time today for a clogged toilet problem and I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. He was doing another job and yet still took the time to assist me over the phone. I explained the issue and Victor said he'll call one of his workers to see if he can come check out the problem. Victor estimated it would be about 30 minutes before a technician could arrive at my home. Well, within about 15 minutes, the technician arrived! To make a long story short, the problem was fixed in about an hour from my initial phone call to Victor (that's including removing the toilet to get to the clog!). The technician even left the bathroom area cleaner than when he started. If you need plumbing service and want it done quickly and thoroughly, I highly recommend Victor and the guys at Happy Rooter. He will give you superb service for a very reasonable price!

Strange things happen in life. Victor and I met through Craigslist as he was acquiring some Giants tickets to take his wife out. We exchanged text messages and finalized on the ticket price. He wanted to pick up the hard copy tickets and I said no problem. I arranged a meeting for him to meet with my wife in Daly City. He was a man of his word and drove from San Jose to meet with my wife in Daly City. I've once got fooled by a stranger on CL and wasted my time and ticket. Victor, did the opposite and kept his words and met with my wife. After the exchange, my wife called me and said it was done and the buyers seems to be a great couple and extremely happy.

An hour later I got a text from Vic when they were at the game. He told me how they appreciated our tickets and mentioned briefly if i needed plumbbing help to reach out to him. Right there I gain extra respect for him as only a nice kinded cool guy would text the seller back and let them know how appreciative they are. It also tell me a wise/proud business man wouldn't mind sharing his business with others to promote growth. Much respect for that.

Anyway, long story short I thank him for letting me know about his gig and would give him an opportunity to next time I can use his services. Two days later I received a call from my tenants in San Jose and they told me the bathroom sink is leaking and needed services. Somehow the first moment I thought of Victor and texted him. The request from the tenant came at 1pm and the tenant said she'll be home at 6pm.

I picked up the phone, called Victor, and he got it all taking care of for me. The crew drove out at 6pm when the tenant is home, checked out the issues/problems, called me and explained the problem, got my approval and finished the work by 8pm. I was still in my PJ at home in Daly City and the problem was solved over a couple of phone call. Couldn't be better than that!

As a business professional I strive for partners who I can rely and trust to get things done within a reasonable price and time, and Victor and Happy Rooter did just that. My tenants are also happy and worried free and I have no problem paying for good services.

Great work guys. I dont want to have to call you again (because that's when shit happens - sometimes literally but truly when I do you'll be the first I reach out to.

Called this morning inquiring about an estimate. While on the phone with Victor, I briefly described my clogging issue with one clogged up toilet causing another toilet to clog up, and he instantly knew where the root of the problem was. He advised me on the phone that the problem was the main sewer line and not the toilet itself. After the call ended, he showed up in less than 10 minutes and started working on it. He cleaned our sewer lines and had everything fixed in about 10-15 minutes. Victor was very professional, fast, efficient, knowledgable and friendly! Service was outstanding. He gave my family a such a great rate, we decided we will only be using Happy Rooter for all our future plumbing issues from now on. Service also came with a 30 day warranty which offers us a lot of peace of mind and security. There is no need to look elsewhere! Victor is the man!
