If you are looking for a plumber to come snake your system, even from the roof, these are your guys. If you are looking for someone to snake your rain gutter drains, these are not the guys.

The owner and I miscommunicated, so he sent his workers over to snake the sewer lines. The technicians were professional and respectful, and they arrived within two hours of me reaching out to Victor. So if you need someone fast, call Happy Rooter.

Unfortunately, I needed my rain gutter drains snaked and I didn't discover the difference until the heavy rains came.

When he realized that we'd miscommunicated, he gave me a half-refund on the service and I think that was fair. So I really appreciate that he was willing to work with me on that.

They charged us $250 to clean out our sewer line from the roof to the street. Backed up a week later. Called on Thanksgiving Day because tub & shower were backing up plus the toilets we bubbling (just like before). The owner, Victor, goes on and on about the causes but says there is no warranty on the work. Of course, he could be there in the morning for a charge, of course. STAY WAY FROM THESE GUYS! THIS IS ONE BIG ERROR FOR YELP!

Victor was very rude over the phone and never showed up. He argued with us about how he wants to receive a text and about whether 7:30 pm was too late to arrive. Then he told us that he doesn't need our business. We've never had someone argue with us before when we were a potential client. That was just a strange waste of time!

Our sewer main backed up and made a nasty mess of our basement... a
poo-pocalypse. Called Happy Rooter and they had two guys out pretty much right away. They diagnosed the problem, snaked out the clog, and were on their way within an hour... with only a $250 hit to my wallet. Highly recommended.

Being new to the area, and desperate for help with a leak, I had to take my chances based on Yelp reviews. That turned out to be a regrettable decision in this case.

The one positive comment I have is that they were available on short notice.

The not-so-positive:
- The leak was back by morning. I ended up calling a different plumber who found and fixed the real problem, which wasn't even related to what these guys ""fixed"".

- They insisted that the replacement part (which it turns out I didn't need) be paid for in cash, but accepted a check for the rest. Didn't really get a clear story on why that was the case and they didn't speak English clearly enough for me to understand.

- Left behind a mess, didn't make any effort to avoid tracking dirty water across the rest of my place.

Called these guys after seeing them
On Yelp and having my washing machine water backing up into the shower and tub. It was a Sunday afternoon and I when I called was the #3 stop. Was told could be 90min-3hrs but they'd call and let me know 30mins out. 70mins later they were on the way. Quick look and up the ladder to snake the house. The emptied the snake with what seemed a Mile long of steel and the drains were back flowing. Quick, friendly, fast. No Credit Card. Cash or check...

Happy Rooter came to my rescue on a Saturday when so many plumbers in the area were closed, and the few that were open .... I got voicemail.

I had an upstairs toilet leaking, and the water was dripping down to the 1st floor, so this was very urgent for me.

They were able to help me right away. They got back to me in about ten minutes with the name of the plumber who would be coming and when he would be on site.

The plumber showed up less than an hour after I initially called them. He fixed the problem in under an hour and was on his way. We still have to fix the damage of course from the leak, but I no longer have toilet water dripping down in my living room!!

I would definitely call them again.

Wow! Service and fast courteous service for a beyond reasonable price. Our toilets backed up and I called 6 places with no openings for days. My 7th call was to Happy Rooter and I am so glad I called them. The owner answered and said he could have someone out quickly. Juan and Omar arrived within an hour and knew exactly what to do - no problem at all. I love these guys Nd if I could give them a 10 star rating I would!

We had a semi-emergency situation where water was leaking from our recessed light. It was coming from the bathtub upstairs. It was a Saturday night so I panicked, Yelped it and found Happy Rooter. They answered the phone right away and Richard was at our house 30 minutes later. He was friendly and explained everything to us as he worked. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The price seemed reasonable as well. I will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!

I called in with a non-emergency (busted/leaky) disposal (just didn't use it for a few days ;) )
Anyway, I called, they quoted, and it was in line with what everyone else quoted. The diff is they actually suggested that I buy the hardware to save money, and suggested which brand to select! Awesome!!

They had openings and came same day, and finished in no time at all!
