Had a shut off valve under my sink leaking, called happy rooter and he not only guessed the age of my house but knew exactly what was wrong. Came out the next morning and had it fixed within 30 minutes at 1/3 of the price another plumber quoted. Will definitely be my go to plumber from now on.

Just had Anthony and his partner from Happy Rooter come out to do a snake on my main drain to the sewer. From calling first to make sure it was ok to show up early (hell yeah it is) to getting it done quick and right and answering all my questions about the job thoroughly Happy Rooter was great. They had to go out back because my plumbing lines are old and run to the backyard before going to the street and they both dealt with my four dogs (two that im housesitting) like it wasn't a thing. Definitely earned a new costomer in me

On a recommendation we contacted them to unclog our sewer drain. Anthony arrived Monday afternoon and went right to work trying to unclog the sewer line. After a few hours he said that he was unable to get it unclogged suggested we have a trench less line installed. Anthony returned on Tuesday afternoon to try again to see if he could locate the problem before going any farther. To make a long story short it was determined the line to the main sewer was broken under our back room which made it impossible to fix. They returned on Wednesday @ 9:00, went straight to work jack hammering clay tiles and cement in order to re route the new line to the main sewer line. They finished at 2:00 pm. They cleared all the broken concrete and clay tiles and extra dirt. They were very professional and prompt. They were right on the estimate. We will definitely recommended them to any one. I've used Happy Rooter quite often (I have rental properties), and they have always done an excellent job. Once when something didn't work out, they returned a couple of times and made sure it was made right. I've recommended them to other people, and right now I am calling them again for another plumbing issue.

Called and left message for a water main repair, left name, phone number, what needs to be repaired and I dug out the area to make a quick repair... no return call.... waited 2 days...had to hire another company to fix repair... My sister swears by this company, saying they are great and respond quick.. there business is only 4 miles from my house..

Not sure if I can give a 0 rating. I would if I could. I can say that he was very quick to respond. We are landlords and live over an hour away. Our tenant was having a problem with her toilet backing up into the tub. Our plumber was not available. Sam was very quick to respond, but once there he refused to do anything saying anything would be improper other than a major overhaul. He gave us a $2250.00 estimate to fix the problem. We were not going to authorize the work on the spot to a company we do not know without investigating the problem and getting other estimates. When asked if he would do a temporary fix until we could have our property maintenance person investigate and get further estimates he refused and charged us $92.50 for coming out. By the time we figured out we made a big mistake it was too late to call someone else so our tenant had to live with this problem overnight. Also the agreement from the first conversation was we would pay for the work, but the tenant felt pressured to pay and also to authorize the work.

I had sewer lines that dumped water back up in the bathrooms. A call to Happy Rooter had Greg and Anthony at my door that day ... and I couldn't be happier myself! They were quick and professional. . They explained the issues in terms I could understand and also gave me ideas on how to prevent this problem in the future. the cost was reasonable and they left me with the confidence to call them back again!

Sam always does a great job and has been taking care of our home for a long time. I was having a leak in between the first and second floor shower and he determined that it is a tile problem. HOWEVER - DO NOT USE the tile guy that he recommends (John Capp) if you end up needing tile repair. I had a really difficult time with him and ultimately we went with someone else. He no-showed or cancelled our appointment times THREE times, once without even calling to tell me he wasn't coming, and when I expressed that I was frustrated and found him difficult to work with, told me to go find someone else. AVOID JOHN CAPP. Sam is great though.

Excellent job! I called them because my sink was backing up and had already had my handyman look at it and clean it once. They came out the same day and did a great job. They even told me how to clean the problem myself in the future (how to unlatch something to get at the top part of the drain before the p-trap). Very professional, honest and reliable. I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time we've used Happy Rooter and we couldn't be happier. They are hands-down the best plumbers ever (and we have been through more plumbers than we care to mention). They consistently do great work at a more than fair price, they are friendly and, each visit, they have fixed things we didn't even know needed fixing. We have used them for installation of a new faucet, drainage problems, and pipe replacement under our bathroom sink. We are so relieved to have found a top-notch plumber. Highly recommend them!
