I've used Happy Rooter quite often (I have rental properties), and they have always done an excellent job. Once when something didn't work out, they returned a couple of times and made sure it was made right. I've recommended them to other people, and right now I am calling them again for another plumbing issue.

Called and left message for a water main repair, left name, phone number, what needs to be repaired and I dug out the area to make a quick repair... no return call.... waited 2 days...had to hire another company to fix repair... My sister swears by this company, saying they are great and respond quick.. there business is only 4 miles from my house..

Not sure if I can give a 0 rating. I would if I could. I can say that he was very quick to respond. We are landlords and live over an hour away. Our tenant was having a problem with her toilet backing up into the tub. Our plumber was not available. Sam was very quick to respond, but once there he refused to do anything saying anything would be improper other than a major overhaul. He gave us a $2250.00 estimate to fix the problem. We were not going to authorize the work on the spot to a company we do not know without investigating the problem and getting other estimates. When asked if he would do a temporary fix until we could have our property maintenance person investigate and get further estimates he refused and charged us $92.50 for coming out. By the time we figured out we made a big mistake it was too late to call someone else so our tenant had to live with this problem overnight. Also the agreement from the first conversation was we would pay for the work, but the tenant felt pressured to pay and also to authorize the work.

I had sewer lines that dumped water back up in the bathrooms. A call to Happy Rooter had Greg and Anthony at my door that day ... and I couldn't be happier myself! They were quick and professional. . They explained the issues in terms I could understand and also gave me ideas on how to prevent this problem in the future. the cost was reasonable and they left me with the confidence to call them back again!

Sam always does a great job and has been taking care of our home for a long time. I was having a leak in between the first and second floor shower and he determined that it is a tile problem. HOWEVER - DO NOT USE the tile guy that he recommends (John Capp) if you end up needing tile repair. I had a really difficult time with him and ultimately we went with someone else. He no-showed or cancelled our appointment times THREE times, once without even calling to tell me he wasn't coming, and when I expressed that I was frustrated and found him difficult to work with, told me to go find someone else. AVOID JOHN CAPP. Sam is great though.

Excellent job! I called them because my sink was backing up and had already had my handyman look at it and clean it once. They came out the same day and did a great job. They even told me how to clean the problem myself in the future (how to unlatch something to get at the top part of the drain before the p-trap). Very professional, honest and reliable. I would definitely use them again!

This is the second time we've used Happy Rooter and we couldn't be happier. They are hands-down the best plumbers ever (and we have been through more plumbers than we care to mention). They consistently do great work at a more than fair price, they are friendly and, each visit, they have fixed things we didn't even know needed fixing. We have used them for installation of a new faucet, drainage problems, and pipe replacement under our bathroom sink. We are so relieved to have found a top-notch plumber. Highly recommend them!

Anthony and Greg are nothing less than awesome!! They've come to my house to clear pipe blockages twice (two different lines) and just yesterday ran 40 ft of gas line and installed my new gas log set, which I love!! They totally go above and beyond for good work and customer service. Whenever they come to do work they are courteous, professional and extremely good at what they do. Happy Rooter has the best prices in town, trust me I do my research and stretch my dollar as far as I can. And when they quote you a price, that IS the price, no extra charges. They also came highly recommended to me by my BFF and my realtor. Don't even bother calling anyone else, call Happy Rooter!!

Happy Rooter is awesome. My kitchen sink clogged up and I called Happy Rooter since they had done work for me in the past. James ran the line, cleared up the problem, and was soon on is his way. The problem was, when we ran the dishwasher, the sink backed up again. We called them back and setup an appointment for around noon the next day. James called me and pushed us back to 5:30 pm as other jobs were running long. Unfortunately, he couldn't make that time either and I was surprised when he and his crew showed up at 9:30 pm and finished the job! He said since he overlooked running the line the other way there was no charge. Happy Rooter is dependable, doesn't overcharge, and gets my highest recommendation.
