After reading all the bad reviews by people who have used happy rooter, I agree with most of them they do a subpar work they charge Waymore than other plumbers and I would never use them again. The last time I use them to come out to a rental they told me that the underside of the house was flooded from broken pipes and they wanted twi thousand dollars to fix it. I called out another company who crawled under the house and I went with them and found no water under the house there was a drain line that been plugged up they freed it cost me $75 and all was good do not use happy Rooter.

2018, updating comments for Happy Rooter. This service company is still our one and only plumbing call when needed ! Since last posting, our family has had hot water heater repairs, a new hot water heater installed and kitchen sink replaced/installed. Every job has been stellar. Anthony and his assistant (I'm embarrassed I don't know his name), couldn't be more caring about doing a quality job. Even when a little item needs follow up visit, it's all good. I simply cannot say enough good about the care, service and work they have done for our family (4 separate properties over 10+ years). Thank you Sam, Anthony and all the staff that help on the jobs !!!

Beware! Do your homework with BBB and Contractor's board. Get a second opinion before you let these guys do any work on your home. They have many violations and complaints that I did not find until after I began filing my complaint with the Contractors Board. Happy Rooter did not get a permit for work done at my home until after they were notified of my complaint. Their work was substandard and I had another plumber re-do it in order to clear the permit.

Very good experience spoke with Sam by text to schedule a appointment. His technicians Anthony and Greg were out the next day to fix my issues. I will be contacting them again soon to hook up my water lines for my refrigerator.

If I could give this company a -10, I would. The person who answers the phone has absolutely NO personality. Very cold. They should not be in customer service. You want the customer to be happy when calling. Not depressed when getting off the phone. I was desperate for a company that was semi close. Found this company and mistakenly phoned. This has been a few months ago. Needless to say, for a fix that cost $250-, from a reputable company, Happy Rooter wanted to charge $3000-. Stop robbing your customers. You are nasty and not professional at all. Save your money and call a professional.

I was so very pleased with Greg's service on 12/30/17. He brought out a large rooter that successfully cleaned my sewage line back to the street connection, and was able to snag two clumps of roots that were probably the problem in the first place! I am also grateful for his educating me on the service and considerations for the future. This is my third service with Happy Rooter, and I am always pleased.

They NEVER show up on time and they only offer hours during regular business hours; so when they run 2-3 hours (EVERY TIME I HAVE USED THEM) it becomes quite difficult to explain to bosses why you are returning to work hours after you said. When the plumber contacts you (usually an hour after he was supposed to arrive) they offer no way to reschedule with them. My landlord insists on using this company but if you have the choice DO NOT! Highly unreliable for the working persons who do not have flex time.

Used their services last year, going to have to use them again this week. Great service, reasonable pricing, and quick to get the job done. The most important thing to me is that a plumber is trust worthy and gets to the point without trying to up sell into something I could potentially avoid. That is why I continue to use Happy Rooter.
