I called Sam yesterday evening after not hearing back from another company I was waiting on. I had a kitchen clog that made my sink unusable. He was able to come out by this morning and cleared the clog up within 5 minutes. Price was very affordable and customer service was wonderful. Would definitely recommend and plan to use him in the future if I should ever have any other plumbing issues.

I called Happy Rooter after another plumber didn't show up and the owner Sam was super nice. He chase me an hour window time that he would be by to look at my broken hose pipe that was connected to our main line. We had no water over night. He showed up and was on time! I was so happy with his service. He went above and beyond. He suggested that we do a water shut off valve at the main hose area so the secondary hose (the one that broke) if it were to ever break again then we wouldn't loose water to the whole house. He added the valve and fixed my hose pipe all in just over an hour. He was super nice, professional and reliable. I would recommend Happy Rooter to anyone needing plumbing service and would call him back again for any future repairs. Just hope I never have to! But that's part of being a home owner. Thank you Sam for your reliable and quick service.

These are my go to guys. Been using Sam and his crew for over 30 years!! Just had them repipe our house (March 2021). Big job to extract the 80 year old galvanized and laid in new copper. As always, they made quick work of it over the two day project. And they made sure we had running water after day one. On time and within budget. If you need a plumber ... give them a call!

Tiptoeing half asleep to the bathroom in the morning and uh oh, water on the floor...the toilet was leaking. Thank goodness I remembered that a neighbor recommended Happy Rooter years ago. It was an enjoyable interaction from start to finish. Sam called me back after I left a message within half an hour and we made the arrangements for a repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and his diagnostic wheels were already turning on the phone. Greg arrived right on time on a Saturday morning and is clearly an experienced expert. He was also personable, efficient, and informative - I learned a lot about toilets - and was able to diagnose and fix this particularly uncommon problem with ease. I felt confident that I had made the right choice; no wonder the neighbors gave such a glowing recommendation!

We had trouble finding someone to take care of this, others were a week out, but Sam was able to fit us into their schedule the next day (Saturday). We are preparing to sell our house and had a couple of nagging issues with loose faucets and toilet and one leak.
