My bathroom sink was leaking like crazy. I thought a handyman had fixed it, but it turned out to be a temporary fix that didn't last. (Well, duh me.)

Here's the thing about doing business with anyone: things don't always go smoothly. What matters is how a business responds to problems. Happy Plumbing came through with flying colors.

This was supposed to be a simple job. Replace the pea trap under the bathroom sink. First of all, Paul made sure that he could replace the metal pipes with plastic ones. Apparently, not every building allows it. Turns out it's just the pipe coming out of the wall that has to be metal. But he bothered to check.

He provided an estimate on the spot and I signed the approval on his iPad. The work is guaranteed for one year.

Unfortunately, there was an issue with the angle at which the main pipe came out of the wall. He really tried but just couldn't get things to line up. After a couple of hours, including two trips for parts, he made arrangements for his boss, Blake (the owner), to come out the next morning.

Blake was on time, quickly fixed the issue, and did not charge more for the extra parts. That's how a company should deal with a problem. Resolve it quickly and keep on smiling.

I would absolutely call Happy Plumbing in the future. I recommend you do the same.

Would give 6 stars if I could. From the initial call to the end of service. Everything was smooth. Efren was our technician, and he was professional, courteous, and fast. Scheduling the appointment and having a confirmation call was also appreciative. The estimate and service costs were very reasonable and nothing was solicited to give this review.

We had an emergency water leak in our yard. Happy Plumbing sent someone out right away. Efren was polite, friendly but most importantly very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the problem and outlined a couple of options for us. Once we gave the go ahead to do the repair all was done with attention to detail. Some minor digging had to be done but when he was finished the area looked untouched. We were very happy with everything.

Happy Plumbing sent us Efram, to evaluate the approach to two projects: (1) installing a sump pump in our basement for protection against extreme stormwater events, and (2) installing a ""smart"" household water shutoff system in the event that excessive water flow (indicative of a water leak) is detected. I needed to get a water heater reset and I wanted to get it positioned a little differently from where it had to been. I was not even sure that was possible but I sent a few pictures to the office. She forwarded the pictures to Chris and he called me to discuss the job. I instantly liked him because he is knowledgeable and easy going.
Today he did the job and I absolutely could not be happier. His expertise and his attention to detail are awesome and have exceeded my wildest expectations.
