Happy Plumbing replaced a leaking gas line valve to our oven the day after we called. They showed up as promised and gave us a fair quote, and did the work in the same appointment. The technician's name was Efren and he had a great attitude. He went over the repair and cost patiently, and was very courteous and respectful of our home. A fairly priced plumbing company is hard to find in San Diego, so we are glad we found Happy Plumbing!

If you are reading this, you are in trouble. Something is clogged. Something is bubbling over. Something won't drain. Bad things are happening.

Don't waste another minute, please call Happy Plumbing. Clint is an absolute godsend. A prince of a fellow. He came to our house on an emergency call on Thanksgiving Eve. When he tested the pressure, water shot from THE ROOF. From the roof to the sky, a vertical tunnel of water like an absolute horror movie.

At that moment, Clint could have charged me whatever he wanted.
Because:
a) Day before Thanksgiving
b) Did I mention water exploding from the roof?

But instead, Clint figured out the issue straightaway, gave me every confidence that he would fix the problem, and gave me a very reasonable price upfront. The problem was a lot of work, requiring 70 feet of snaking and a lot of manual labor. He was as calm as could be, allaying my concerns.
Even the stray cat we take care of, notorious for avoiding everyone, came out to give him some meows, surely sensing a kind soul who saved the day,

Great! Clint was prompt and was able to fix the issue with the kitchen sink drain/pipes, and was diligent and super fast. I've had issues calling plumbers, they book a time and then don't show up and when I call or they call me, they say they had an emergency and try to rebook another time. Happy Plumbing and Clint provided me with a text that he was on his way and I could track when he was arriving! Excellent experience

Marco was very professional and helpful. He crawled under the house in an incredibly tight space to check for leaks in my washer drain pipe in an effort to locate the source of a bad smell. No leaks so narrow it down to a problem with the washer itself properly not draining completely. (Need appliance person probably) But he located the probable problem. Also secured bidet to the floor with bolts after the original installer had evidently only chalked it to his floor.

We were having flooring installed, and the installer accidentally nicked a water line behind the refrigerator. I at first called another plumbing company, and when they came out, the plumber let me know that it cannot be fixed, unless we do a full reroute of the line through the house, etc. etc., and it would be quite expensive. He then told us sorry, but he can't help us. I called Happy Plumbing and spoke with two very nice people, and in an hour I had Jake come out to assess the situation. He said he would find a way to get it done, and he did. Not only was his attitude great, but he was very professional and got the job done at a reasonable price. I have now found my new place to call for all my plumbing needs. Thank you happy plumbing!

This company installed a Hot water heater in my home. Not even 2 years later it exploded. Unbeknownst to me (being I'm not a plumber) it was not properly installed. I made multiple attempts to the company for them to fix it. I received responses ""any liscensed plumber can help you"" , ""it's a big job"" . I reached out to the company for the information as to where the HWH came from, I received no response. I later learned the plumber that installs the HWH is supposed to register it. This wasn't done neither. I gave this company multiple opportunities to help me and not until I sent a certified letter did I receive a call, and to this date still have not received the purchase information. I had to do the foot work myself and track down where the HWH came from ( took some time). All the while I had no hot water during the holidays no less with multiple family members in my home. Completely unacceptable.
