I needed to get a water heater reset and I wanted to get it positioned a little differently from where it had to been. I was not even sure that was possible but I sent a few pictures to the office. She forwarded the pictures to Chris and he called me to discuss the job. I instantly liked him because he is knowledgeable and easy going.
Today he did the job and I absolutely could not be happier. His expertise and his attention to detail are awesome and have exceeded my wildest expectations.
I keep walking by the closet where the water heater is located and I just can't stop smiling because he did such a great job!

We needed to have our old pipes relined. I interviewed four companies. and Happy plumbing did the most in depth examination of all of the companies. They did a great job getting the work done. Clint was awesome. Wednesday night randomly both of our toilets were clogged, bathroom flooding, sewage coming up into the shower, it was a mess. I called Happy plumbing the next morning and they said they would send someone out between 12-3. Ok that's fine, except I'm pregnant and currently have no working toilet lol. I called back and let them know that and then got a call from Clint. He got the message and squeezed me into his morning scheduled and was there in 15 mins. The pipes needed to be flushed so he had to come back with the correct equipment in a few but he was funny, kind, fair, and explained everything in a way I could understand. Would definitely recommend using Happy Plumbing.

Efren came the first time about my leaky kitchen faucet with a loose handle. He advised me to contact Moen for the (free) parts. The parts arrived yesterday and today Efren fixed my faucet. It's perfect, he's a gem, I'm happy.

Had a drop in water pressure at my house and I was worried I had a leak somewhere. I submitted an inquiry on their website late at night and they called me at 8 o'clock the next morning and the tech was here at 9 o'clock in the morning and all he needed to do was adjust the pressure valve. They only charged me a diagnostic fee to just the valve and make sure there was no other leaks.

Had an issue with a leak from my toilet hose. Scheduled appointment quickly and for the same day. This was my second time using Happy Plumbing. Efren came out and was very friendly.
