6 months ago they replaced my tub and shower and it's a good thing they offer a 1 yr guarantee because it's all coming apart. And this is now the second time! So they will have to come do the work a third time. On top of that, even though I have receipts from them showing I've paid in full, they are now stating they don't have payment because somehow they changed accountants and don't have record! Well who's fault is that?!?!? That doesn't mean you charge everyone twice for your awful work! I've asked for the owner himself to come fix the problems since he himself was the one who installed my tub so nobody else would be blamed and I'm still waiting for his response!!

Happy pipes is our go to for any plumbing need that arises. Jared and Chris are professionals who know the right way to do things. From putting in new plumbing for our new house to changing taps, they know what they are doing and do it at a good pace. They were clean and professional and fun to be around. You can tell that Jared and Chris are not only co workers but also friends.

My experience with Happy Pipes was great. Honestly, Chris was very nice to us and very upfront with the cost of the vanity installation we had him do for us. Of course, he did a magnificent job. I am so happy with the new features of my bathrooms!

Jared, Chris, and Scott are bulldogs in the business: talented, professional, hard-working men who simply will not quit until the job is DONE. Chris spent hours one Tuesday evening, clearing a blockage in my kitchen pipes; Scott came to help, and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. I live in a 100 year old house with an extremely unpleasant crawl space, and not one of these men was reluctant about crawling on the ground to get INTO my ""crawl space,"" and discern the issue.
I cannot rave enough about Happy Pipes. The appt. was easy to book-- they were able to come out within a day of my call, which was wonderful. Happy Pipes offers fair pricing, and absolutely professional work. They are, hands-down, THE BEST plumbing experts in the valley. Thank you!!!

These guys do not know what they doing. Caused lots of damage at our house, that had to be repaired by more competent plumbers. Do not use these guys.

All I can say is WOW! really everyone that we interacted with has been awesome, from the lady that answered the phone at the office, to the professionals that have come to our house.
We bought a really old home and have a lot of plumbing issues. The day after we moved in the toilet backed up into the bathtub, so we had a rooter company come out and charge us a bunch of money to pull the toilet and rooter, then they came later and pulled the toilet again to do a camera cause they freaked us out that we had some old WWII pipes that are made of paper(which didn't end up being the case). After that we were basically told out only option was a $11,000 liner solution.

I called around and spoke to probably 8 different plumbers, and I knew from the second I got a call back from Jared with Happy Pipes that these guys were in business to help people, and give honest service and opinions. He talked everything out on the phone with me like no one else did, and then they came out and were just the nicest and most helpful people ever. So much good real info, and practical advice instead of scar tactics. He gave us lots of options from rooters, so a jetting service (which is what we ended up doing) all the way to a liner option that was much cheaper than what the rooter company quoted.

They came out again today to complete the jetting service and were so nice. He even asked about a catering event he knew I had done the 3 weeks before when they were here before, and were just so nice an helpful. I also want to point out that there was no need for the previous company to keep pulling our toilet other than to charge us the extra amount, since Happy Pipes first time went up to the roof to give their camera second opinion, and that was much easier for all involved, and due to that discovered that we did in fact have a clean out access in the crawlspace, something which the other rooter told us they checked and couldn't find, even though it was literally feet from the crawl space access)

What it feels like to me is instead of some contract plumber for a big company, or some guy that wishes he hadn't got into plumbing is like if you best buddy was a plumber, and loved his job, and came over as a friend to help you out and give you advice. We have had a whole myriad of various types of service professionals at out home since we bought it and 100% I wish these guys did all of the other stuff we needed done. They are HANDS DOWN the best maintenance professionals I have ever worked with anywhere I've lived. I did not know these guys before this. I'm not a personal friend or family member writing an outstanding review, you can see by my Yelp profile that I am an elite, and have tons of honest reviews, I am a legitimate customer of this business, and I, and my spouse are just really impressed with these guys. You will not regret hiring them.

We will 100% be working with the guys in the future (got to do a full re-pipe at some point, among other things) and I would recommend them to anyone in their service area.
