My toilet started backing up and not flushing all the way last week. After it progressively got worse throughout the day, I decided to reach out and see if anyone could come out and take a look at it. Steve reached out quickly and was able to come out the next morning to take a look for a free consultation. When he came, he was very professional and let me know each step of what he was doing as well as offered next steps if what he did couldn't resolve the issue. I decided to have Steve do the work as he seemed detail orientated and familiar with the job. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fix the issue right away and had to come back a few hours later to finish the job.

When Steve came back, he had another worker with him and they carefully lined my bathroom floor while they worked to keep everything clean. Again, Steve and his partner explained what they did and showed me what the issue was. They worked quickly and once finished, cleaned up and took everything away to dispose of. I had a few questions afterwards and Steve patiently answered them all and offered his opinion on a few things to watch out for.

Overall, my interaction with Steve and his company was quick and reliable. I felt the job was done well, especially the clean up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Happy Flow to anyone in need of plumbing services.
