My toilet recently wouldn't stop running, and I called a number of plumbers to come take a look, since it's not a standard toilet. Quotes from other places ranged from $353-1500! Steven Lin at Happy Flow Plumbing asked me to take a picture of the fill tank, and then said he thought the issue was really just a seal gasket issue that I could fix myself. But because my toilet isn't standard, he went and found the exact parts that I needed and sent me a video on how to do it myself. He said if that didn't work, he'd happily come look at it. But there was no need since that indeed fixed the issue. When I have plumbing needs in the future, definitely coming to Steven and Happy Flow!

I had a house emergency--two leaky water valves that needed immediate replacement in my condo, which is located above my neighbor's garages. Steven and his partner came out quickly to resolve the issue. They were thorough, efficient, and professional throughout the entire process, which really helped alleviate my stress.

Before contacting Steven, in fact, I had another plumber come over, but he didn't even inspect the cartridge / piping inside the wall, and his quote seemed insanely high. In contrast, Steven carefully inspected the issue before giving me a very reasonable quote, and he completed the job to my satisfaction.

Steven and his wife were super prompt and worked diligently on a difficult clog in our house that was affecting our bathtub and toilets. They went above and beyond by unclogging what turned out to be multiple clogs that were preventing water from fully draining.

They were super transparent and clear on everything they were doing and worked tirelessly to help get our issue resolved.
