He offered to come out the same day to help me with my issue. Steven is very professional and efficient with his work, he finished the work in less than an hour. We had a very slow shower drain. We had tried chemicals and a snake unsuccessfully by ourselves. One company came to give a free quote, tried for a few minutes and quoted a lot to fix it. We called Steven in desperation. He was confident that he could unclog it and would not charge if he failed. He said that the previous company likely did not try hard enough.

He came on time and started working along with his wife. Within 20 minutes he did it for a great price! We were so happy we called him based on yelp reviews and are happy to recommend him to everyone.

Steve gave me the best price for his labor among all the YELP plumbers who answered my query and he was honest with me about the deficiencies of my IKEA faucet, namely, that its tubes did not fit my old sink and I would need to replace them. He had the replacements handy, and then he tried to figure out how to shut off the water to my condo, which was not obvious since it's a 40+-year-old building. He did not charge me for this first visit despite it being my responsibility for not knowing where the water shutoff valve was to my condo, but he agreed to come back once I knew where it was. He then returned promptly, finished the job very well, and threw in another missing part for no extra charge. I'll certainly ask for his services again when I need them.

I wanted to get my sewer line unclogged due to tree root intrusions. I shopped around and Steven had the best price much lower than other companies. It made sense because other companies were bigger and need to pay their dispatcher staff, plumbers, etc. Happy Flow is Steven's own company and he takes extra care for his customers.

He had the right tools and was very professional. Unlike other plumbers I've met, he really made sure you knew what the plumbing situation was, carefully explained in detail how to proceed, and chose the strategy that made the most sense for each individual customer. He would be able to prove it with evidence as well.

Every plumbing company tells you that they are different and will provide the best and most caring experience. If Happy Flow provides top quality service but at much lower reasonable price, then it's an obvious choice.

It felt like as if we were friends and him looking out for me. So that's why I'll be recommending and sticking with Happy Flow!
