Had a great experience with Happy Flow Plumbing! Steven did an excellent job replacing my old shower head and spout. There was an unexpected issue with the old plumbing, but he quickly found a smart workaround and got everything fixed perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. Mr Lin was the first to respond to my request. He and his wife helped fix the my bathtub drain issue the same day. He provided free inspection and rating. Not pushy at all. He also helped fix my shower head. The happiness experienced with my shower head and bathtub came back again finally. What else could I ask? I highly recommend him.

Needed my kitchen drain hydrojetted. Messaged Steven on Yelp around 2pm. He was at my house an hour later. Showed me video as he was going through my drain and got it cleaned up quickly. Would definitely call again for any plumbing issues.

I sent out a request late at night for an issue with my bathtub handle not shutting the water off when turned to the ""off"" position. Steven was the first to respond and responded within a few minutes after I sent out the request. He diagnosed that there was an issue with the cartridge and said that he could come and take a look at it tomorrow evening.

He called me early in the afternoon and said he had availability and came over and confirmed that was the issue. He was correct in the diagnosis, but had to make a quick run to home depot and purchase the correct cartridge as well as a torque tool because the builder who originally installed installed it very tightly and was unable to open it with the tools he brought.

Additionally, Steven addressed a separate issue with our dishwasher, which was experiencing water pooling at the bottom. He cleaned the dishwasher hose, resolving the problem.

All in all the job was completed in roughly 1 - 1.5 hours and I am happy with the results and price.

100 stars!!!! I sent in a Yelp request and Steven replied. I chose them to do the work and I am happy that I did. We had something stuck in our sewer line and he was able to fish it out clearing the drain in the restaurant. Price was more than fair for the amount of work he did. He hydro jetted the grease out of my lines also. Would definitely use Happy Flow again!!!!

I sent out a Yelp request late last night (the night before Super Bowl Sunday!) because our bathtub drain was clogged. Normally I've been able to clear it enough on my own, but over time the clog had gotten too big and too deep for diy methods to work.

Steven responded quickly and provided a very fair estimate when I explained the issue. He gave me an ETA of 8-9am the following morning. He let me know when he was on his way and arrived around 8:05am.

He immediately took off his shoes at the front door without being asked and went straight to work. He fixed the issue with a snake tool in less than 20 minutes, cleaned the tub, took the clogged material to dispose of on his own, and even asked me to test the drain to ensure I was satisfied.

I am extremely happy with his service, professionalism, and price. He will definitely be our go to plumber from now on! I fully recommend Steven for all your plumbing needs. You won't be disappointed!

While waiting for my clogged kitchen sink to drain, I sent out a Yelp request, and Steven and his wife were at my door within 10 minutes, and finished cleaning the outside sewer line in about an hour. Amazing!
