Hanson's Heating and Plumbing in Spencer is a quality, professional business. We just installed wall air conditioners and wonder why we didn't do this earlier! Hanson's arranged for electricians and the men from the business who installed were highly professional. We could not be more satisfied and highly recommend this business to you. 5 stars!

DO NOT HIRE THEM! My parents hired this company to fix a tub faucet. The plumber came out & told them they'd need to take out a bunch of the tile in their tub/shower to get access to the problematic part. He told them that he'd look online to see if he could get the part & get back to them. Charged them over $80 for a service fee. Over a month later & my parents didn't hear back. My parents hired someone else & found out they DID'T need to take out any tile, found the part themselves & fixed it. So, not only did Hanson's not get back to them, but they didn't have the correct diagnostics & would have cost them way more money taking out tile that never needed to be removed to begin with. So, I called & talked with Tina & explained the situation. She talked with the plumber who happened to be there & he told her my parents were supposed to get back to him as to whether they wanted the tile taken out--completely untrue! When I informed her that wasn't the case, but that it didn't matter because the tile never did need to be taken out to fix the issue, she said she'd have the owner call either later that day or the following. It's after 5:00 on the following day & I'm not holding my breath that I'll ever hear from him. Run from this company!
