These guys came to replace a water heater under warranty, and it cost me more than if I just bought a new one. No thank you! There are too many reputable plumbers out there who will go to bat for me, rather than rake me over the coals.

Thank you Hansen's plumbing! We had a plumber tell us we had pipe damage and the estimate was VERY expensive! Hansen's sent Cary out and he was so helpful, nice and truthful. He took pictures and explained some minor issues we had but said the pipes are not cracked and no holes. Thank you for your honesty. We won't call anyone else!

I choose one star because of the lack of professionalism and lack of respect for a customers property.

I had taken all the towels out but made the mistake of leaving a bathmat in the bathroom which they use to wipe up the mud and muck from their plumbing job. The stuff did not wash out of the mat.
I thought they would know to bring their own towel or rag.

Then they broke a glazed potted plant and didn't say anything about it.

Then they decided to use my cart to haul away the dirt but didn't bother to clean it out when they were done. I would've thought they would know to bring a wheelbarrow or cart of the job.

I guess the work was OK though.

So if you want OK work and don't mind cleaning up after them then these are your guys.

If they would have mentioned that they used a mat because they forgot theirs or had broken something by mistake or asked to use or mentioned the use of the cart this would be a completely different story. It just didn't feel good to come home to.

We had Hansen's come out to replace our old toilet and the gentleman who came here (I didn't catch his name!) was incredible. He was polite, worked quietly, and efficiently. He also showed up right on time! He explained everything he was doing step by step. And best of all he didn't leave our bathroom a total mess like most plumbers do, he actually took the time to clean up behind himself which I appreciate so much! We definitely will call Hansen's again for any future plumbing needs!

And Nate, the director of operations, followed up with me for the work completed (replacing an old leaking gas line from the main meter to the house). The technicians neatly dug a trench, kept the areas in which they worked, neat and clean. Hansen's has also hydrojetted a clogged line. They can handle all your plumbing needs whether small or large.
