We had a gas leak in our AirBNB. We called Hansen Plumbing and they were able to get out the next day! They replaced the line, new stops, and got it signed off by city all in one day. We were able to turn the gas back on and avoided having to cancel upcoming stays that were booked. The other places said it would be over a week before they ""might"" be able to come and give an estimate.

Our business is back up and running safely thanks to the Hansen team. Wonderful and quick service!

Our hot water was leaking and the turn off valve wasn't working. Mr. Hanson was on a job and had some jobs lined up, however he stopped by first to turn off the water to the hot water heater and then fit us into his schedule and returned with a hot water heater. He had us back in business in no time. A real life saver that day. A very pleasant person and experience.

I was so surprised by some of the negative reviews of this plumber on yelp! He came out to fix a water pressure issue at an apartment we rent out and was able to work us in the very next day so our issue would be fixed for guests. He also made some suggestions about future work that might be needed but never pressured us. He was honest about his quote and gave good recommendations at a reasonable price. He was professional and cleaned up after he was done. I would highly recommend his service and will be calling him in the future!

Do not use this service. They quoted to do the job for less, but wasn't worth it in the end.

They arrived late (I'm barely out of city limits), did not have all the materials needed for the job (had to use some of mine, ruining one of them), was rude to his workers, and was rude to me right after getting paid.

I should have checked the reviews of this service over on Yellow Pages, because they could have warned me about this.

If I could post this review with zero stars, I would with no hesitation. Our dishwasher stopped draining and we had John come out to check and see how to fix it on March 30th. We paid him $100 to fix our dishwasher, he pocketed it and said that it was irreparable, and that the disposal was stopped up. I took it outside with my landlord (neither of us know the first thing about plumbing) and we spotted a blockage. We ran water through it, got the blockage out, and reinstalled it. This was about two and a half months ago and it's working well. We called John multiple times to get our money back starting April 14th and he always promised he was going to send a check. Only when threatened with legal action in small claims court did we convince him to come by and refund our $100. When handing me the $100, he said, ""I feel like I'm gettin' screwed, but here ya go."" This man, John, was completely rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and I cannot say enough that I hope no one goes to this man for business. He's not out to give good service and make his customers happy, he doesn't care what kind of job he does as long as he gets money.
