Had my whole house repiped by Hansen. The work was done in one day, but not a week later I noticed a leak under the sink. The panel to get into my attic also looks to be cracked when it wasn't before this repair.

Erik and Micheal were fast, thorough and excellent communicators, they made sure we understood everything about our plumbing issues. So extremely helpful! Thank you!

Our water heater was not working properly and therefore we did not have hot water. We have previously used Hansen for several jobs and thought of them first. The technician arrived and met with my mom and began """"repairing"""" the water heater. He then subsequently spoke with me, the homeowner, and advised that the water heater needed to be replaced. He did not discuss what was """"wrong"""" but just insisted that it was old and just needed to be replaced and a repair would lead to more issues. The original quote for what he called a re-build was around $400 and the replacement was close to $2000. Based on his professional recommendation, we opted to replace the water heater bc he stated repairing was a waste of money and would lead to more issues. He returned the following day at 7:30pm to begin the replacement work. At around 10:30pm the job was completed and he advised it would take 45 mins or so for the hot water to begin working. It never did. We called the following day and scheduled another appointment. We had checked the breakers inside at the urging of a family member and mentioned that to the technician and asked if he could check the outdoor breakers. And miraculously, the problem was resolved bc the breaker was tripped. The issue at this juncture is the repair would have been suitable had the technician simply checked the breakers before doing any work. While we ultimately would have replaced the water heater at some future date, we have now lost confidence in Hansen's ability to be thorough in their inspection and recommendations. Today, they lost a customer because not only was the office manager defensive, she was condescending and didn't even so much as offer an apology for what transpired. The technician at least did apologize for the oversight and I respect that. We essentially paid well in advance for a """"potential"""" future problem! I guess we learned that we must be an expert at home repairs so that we can validate a technician's thoroughness...

After installing my hot water heater the plumber or his assistant step through my joist and cracked my. They didn't have the common courtesy to tell me what they had done.

This company has obviously grown beyond its capabilities to keep up and provide the type of customer service they used to provided. When a company does not scale its business to its growth, there is only one direction to go, and that is down. Made an appointment almost a month in advance for plumbing, and on the day they were to come out after waiting all afternoon, I called them at 4:45 to ask where they were, and the scheduler said they were too busy to come to my appointment and that it would be next week before they could reschedule - I said, no thanks because I had already taken off work to meet them for this appointment that I made a month in advance. She also said she called me -- but that was not true, because there was no incoming, no missed calls from Hansen. I have to say I do not recommend that you waste your time for any of their companies - they have grown too fast and have not adjusted their business to that growth.

I have had to contact Hansen plumbing 4 different time in the last month. Each time they were professional, compassionate, understanding and they got what I needed done quickly and they cleaned up afterwards. I have now just added them to my phone contacts so I don't have to look them up in the internet.

When I called, the receptionist was rude and didn't understand what a drain problem was...do not recommend.

They are not not dependable and don't stand by what they print. I paid for several visits and repairs for same toilet and for AC issues. Electricians did sloppy work and didn't finish details. Fee is too high for the poor results and effort required by me.

Very upset that I had a garbage disposal removed and it is now leaking where the new replacement pipes are. The company came out and said the previous worker did not put the screws in properly and that's why it's leaking. They added screws and it's still leaking. Now I have to call another company to fix this companies bad repair work. I am very angry. The rude female employee on the phone told me that all supervisors were out and basically Its my choice to use another company. I will be given an estimate and charged again for work that wasn't done properly the first time. I will never use them again. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

Would give zero stars if possible. I bought a home from an investor recently. The investor bought the home out of foreclosure, gutted the home, and put two 5 ton Trane units in by Hanson. Well over $30k. Hanson gave an additional 3 year free maintenance and a twice a year inspection along with the 10 year warranty. We bought the unit directly from investors/builders, we were the first owners and first to live in the home. After just a couple of months of living there, Hanson called to do their first inspection, cleaning, etc. They came and did an inspection etc then charged a $70...we refused because we were told that there was a 3 year free maintenance. Hanson told us that they were considering the investors/builder as first owner, and that it was nontransferrable. THAT IS SUCH CRAP! SHAME ON YOU HANSON! WE WILL NEVER USE THEM FOR ANYTHING, AND HAVE MADE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS WHAT A SCAM THEY ARE. Hanson was a great company at one time, but this mew owner is a POS. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
