The most unreliable service I've ever dealt with. Promised one thing and got another. Sure, they got the job done on their THIRD time at my house, but I was originally promised the 1st. The prices are OUTRAGEOUS!

We had an issue with out water heater and needed it replaced ASAP. I called Hansen Heating Plumbing Company and was able to schedule an appointment immediately to have a technician to come to the house. The phone receptionist was very friendly and willing to help with my request. Customer service is top notch, the technician was polite, friendly and very knowledgeable. We had them out twice for our bathroom. The first time was when my wife broke the shower handle off while the water was running and we could not get it turned off. They came out on an ""emergency"" call and fixed the problem. We then had them back out when the bathroom project proceeded. I have no complaints and would not hesitate to have them back out. They are true professionals.

What a place!! What amazing service!! If your looking for a plumber, any type of issue... Hansen is who you need to call! I just used them...... again.... for a leaking toilet pipe. They were so courteous to my 2 children sleeping, got the job done very well and were just as professional as they come! I pay a bit more than XYZ plumbing shop, but a few bucks to know it gets done is well worth it!! Water heater, pool heater, toilet problems, they have solved all of my issues. I cannot say enough about them!!

Had a furnace issue over the holiday break and Brad and his partner were able to come out within about 2 hours of me calling on a holiday and got the furnace working temporarily while we wait for a new part from Carrier which they will install in a couple days. While they were here they didn't even seem to get annoyed by me hanging around as they worked so that I could get a peak at what was going on. Very personable and super nice guys! Seemed to be very knowledgeable as well. Definitely recommended if you are in their service area!

We had just moved into our Del Webb home 3 weeks earlier when we awoke to water pouring from our basement ceiling light fixture. The water supply hose of our master toilet had cracked and had been leaking all night. We were new to this area as well so we had to rely on reviews to find a plumber. Hansen saved the day. The plumber was well qualified, nice and honest. They were at my door 15 minutes after my call. Very pleased. We want to give thanks to others who took the time to review Hansen. Passing it forward

The guy came out and was very friendly gave me a verbal quote so I thought since he was a referral from a co-worker that he has done alot of work for that we were good. So wrong, I wasnt home when he did the work my daugther was, he switched out a garbage disposal and changed out a pipe ran a water line for a new refrigerator, my basement is unfinished so an easy run, they were there for a little over 2 hours and charged me $457!!! $125. more then what he quoted me. My bad for not getting anytime in writing, text him about the price and he said he had an extra guy with him. So disappointed, I think took advantage of since I was not there. Nevr again.

Great local plumbing company. Second time I have used their service. The technicians were delayed at a previous call and still were able to get out on a Friday night to do non emergency work for me. Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. There was no pushing of additional work or products like other companies do. They repaired my garbage disposal and installed a new faucet for me and were in and out in less than an hour. I will definitely recommend them family and friends.

I had Hansen clean my ductwork and they did a great job. Very reasonable and thorough. After that experience, I set them up for regular cleaning of my furnace and air conditioning as you always want to trust who you let in your house and feel comfortable with the quality of their work.
