Our long-term plumbing company got sold and the successor company was nowhere near as good (more later) so we turned to Yelp! to try to find a replacement plumber and are we happy we did! Hansen came out the next day, gave us an estimate on a water softener and installed it the following day (it took me 24 hours to decide on a model, Ha!). Our plumber Chad answered all my MANY questions patiently and professionally. Their price was fair (unlike my previous company that tried to rip me off!). Hansen Family Plumbing is my new go to plumber. Not only that, my friends use me as a mini-Yelp! and I am going to give them my John C. Seal of Approval!

Another positive experience with Hansen Family sibling & Air! We had an issues with your rental property Aax and they were able to get someone out same day! We have a variable inverter unit there, so it's not able to be served by every tech. Matt was really great and helped explain everything he was doing and why, which I really appreciate.

The fix ended up being simple, thankfully. It seemed our fuses were blown on or old ac disconnect. Though I have found their prices very reasonable in the past. This particular experience did seem a tad pricy for our services rendered, but for the overall experience I would definitely still utilize them.

Dennis came out to take a look at our A/C as we have only lived in this house 1 year. He was extremely friendly and honest about our aging unit. A lot of other techs would have likely told us its time to replace but Dennis' honest approach was very refreshing. He let us know what our options were and what would be the best course of action. We needed our clean outs plugged as they were missing caps and bugs were getting in as well as our AC run off pipe extended into the rocks. Receptionist was friendly and I was able to get a quick appointment. Anthony, our technician, arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He educated us on how to properly maintain our drains and answered our water softener questions regarding a future install. Service was timely and the price was great.
