In 2017, Greg replaced two AC units for me. The units were of poor quality and one proved to be defective. Greg did interact with Coleman to get replacement parts but none could fix the unit. The unit runs obnoxiously loud. I continued to attempt to get Greg to make good on a $9,550 installation. In 2018, He stopped responding to my calls and left me hanging.

Both units have required multiple repairs over the years and now I need to replace them entirely.

I contacted Greg again in September. He gave me an ostensibly sincere, ""We never let this happen to a customer"", and told me he'd be out that Tuesday. Never heard from him...

Greg was great to work with! He's fair, returns messages promptly, and completes the work when promised. With less than 7 days to go before our first guests of the season arrived, he replied quickly and provided us with a very fair quote. He swapped out our existing central air unit and installed a new one the day before their arrival. When we noticed that the system was having problems, he returned immediately and worked until the issue was resolved. Will definitely contact Greg in the future and would definitely recommend him.

I called Greg to help with a HVAC duct issue and he was outstanding. I'm very handy and do my own renovations so I really watch someones attention to detail and quality. The duct issue was something I had no experience with and did not have sheet metal tools, so I called Greg. I watched him work, his ability, actions, attention to detail and finished product. He was beyond my expectations and I will be calling him again when there are projects or specific jobs I can't do or don't have the tools to take on. We had a clogged toilet after my grandson had a birthday party with 14 little boys. Greg came out on a Sunday to evaluate the problem. He snaked out the drain and it seemed as if the problem was resolved... the toilet flushed just fine after he was finished... however he said it was possible that his snake was not long enough to guarantee that the blockage was really cleared... he recommended that we call a drain rooting company just to be sure. He refused to take any payment even though he worked on our drain for almost an hour before he was able to clear it. He would not even take a small fee for coming out on a Sunday. He just said to call him in the future if we have a plumbing or heating need. You can be certain I will call this very honorable man again!!!

We wanted to replace a direct-vent gas wall heater in our home in Surf City, NJ. in October, 2018. We wanted to replace our old direct-vent gas wall heater with the same size and model from the same manufacturer. The original unit was installed between the studs in our living room wall. Our living room is paneled and the same panel continues up the stairs and into the upstairs hallway. Unless an identical unit was installed, we would have the additional expense to re-panel the entire downstairs, the stairway and upstairs hallway, not to mention repairing the outside siding unless the same size unit was used.

I called multiple plumbers who told me they could not get the same model (not true), and also tried to talk me into a unit that is a combination heater and air conditioner (which cost more), even though I already have a new air conditioner, installed through the wall, which cools the entire downstairs. I was told by several plumbers to buy the combination heater/air conditioner, but just use the heater. Obviously, I was paying much more for that type of heater, because it also could be used as an air conditioner in the summer, but I did not need that type. It was also a different size which would require me to incur additional expense to re-panel the inside paneling and fix the outside siding. Estimates varied significantly, and several told me if they had any problems with the installation, it would cost more.

Greg came to our home, understood why we wanted the same unit. He did not try to sell us a higher priced heater. He is honest, gave us an excellent price. He fit us into his busy schedule, and his work was excellent. You would never know that I had our heater replaced, more importantly we did not have to repair any inside paneling, or outside siding.

I would highly recommend Greg as an excellent plumber. He is a perfectionist in his work and cleaned up afterwards. I would not hesitate in recommending him to someone looking for an honest person and an excellent plumber.

I call Hanover Mechanical late at night, hoping to be able to leave a message which would be heard early the following morning. To my pleasant surprise, Greg called me back almost immediately. We arranged an appointment for him to come to fix the leak under my kitchen sink. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He even put extra sealant on other joints which were not leaking (yet). The bill was VERY reasonable for such great service. I would highly recommend Hanover Mechanical.

I had a problem with my AC. I called Hanover, because the reviews here were so positive. I wasn't disappointed. Not only did Greg seem extremely knowledgeable, but he answered all my questions and explained everything so that I could understand. He seemed to have the solution to the problem almost immediately. He spent several hours working; was very neat, very pleasant, did a great job and his fee was very fair. My AC is now working better than it has in years. I would highly recommend Greg to all.
