Love Hanna Plumbing! They have been to our house numerous times...the last time was to retrieve two toothbrushes my toddler flushed down the toilet! The time before that they fixed a pipe in the backyard my dog broke. We have endless plumbing issues at our house. They never leave a mess and take care of things quickly and effectively.

I talked to a very nice person in service and was able to get an appointment the very next day.
Nick, the plumber assigned was at our home on time, he even called ahead to let me know he was about 15 minutes out.
Nick was very professional and friendly. He offered suggestions as to how to fix the problem and then went to work.
The work was done in a very timely manner and he left the work area very clean.
I try to use local businesses whenever possible and will use Hanna again and tell my neighbors also.

We are keeping receiving the invoice for the service that we never used. They obviously mismatched the customers. They promised to correct their mistake while keep sending us the wrong invoice. We will see if they correct it this time.

Finding a good quality, fast-working, trustworthy plumber is to your home as a mechanic is to your car. I've been on the hunt for a plumber since moving into my home. I tried another big name/local guy and was so disappointed. They overcharged me and treated me poorly. THEN I FOUND HANNA. Advertised in a church bulletin, I thought, ""At least they'll be nice!"" And boy was I right! Marco was kind, skilled and efficient. He even diagnosed a potential future problem and quickly resolved that too. From start to finish, hiring Hanna Plumbing was the right decision! I will absolutely, without a doubt, recommend to all my homeowner friends!

On Thursday, June 1st our home had a water line break. Initially, my wife and I did not realize it. Approximately, four hours we discovered a lot of water and the leak underneath our home. Because of the time of night we called Hanna Plumbing and left a message requesting service in the morning. We filled our buckets with water and turned off the main line, waiting for the morning. Needless to say expecting the worst. First thing in the morning I called Hanna and explained our predicament to Karina. She informed me that because of staffing issues in would be Monday before we could get service. I made an appointment, turned the water back on briefly and refilled buckets, expecting it to be a long weekend. Within ten minutes Karina called back and said help would be on the way. A very short time later Domingo, and Lazaro arrived. They immediately went to work and in a few short hours fixed our problem. It was wet, muddy and hot underneath the house and it did not stop or slow them down. I'm writing this because your staff literally saved what we felt was going to be a long weekend.

The entire time Karina, Domingo and Lazaro were courteous, caring and professional. They were positive and true ambassadors of Hanna Plumbing and what ""Great Community Service"" should look like. They made our weekend and just proved to us once again why we will continue to use Hanna Plumbing. Thanks to all for a job well done!!!

Segundo was the volunteer plumbing technician dispatched for our Saturday maintenance visit, we needed a few plumbing upgrades done in and around our home and were thinking the work might require a follow-up visit. Segundo knocked out all 3 requested fixes/upgrades within an hour, furthermore the worksmanship far surpassed our expectations, was done at a very reasonable price and is well above the level we've come to expect from Hanna Plumbing.

This is the 3rd job the Hanna Plumbing team has helped us with and I continue to have confidence in their quality of work. Thank you again to the Hanna Plumbing team for giving my family peace of mind and continuing to help improve and maintain our home

It's comforting to know there's a plumbing company in town that can meet all your plumbing needs, we've been using Hanna plumbing for years and they're the best. They're crews are well trained, when they're in your home they work like a well oiled machine, no messing around, they just get the job done. We just had a slab leak repiped, and couldn't be more pleased with their responsiveness! I really don't know why I'm not just rating a 5 I guess because they didn't appear within 5 minutes after my call with lunch or something. I had a leak in the copper waterline from the street. I'm a wannabe carpenter, plumber, whatever. Anyway after I bought some parts and then realized this job was above my pay grade I called Hanna Plumbing. I have never used them before but I see a truck close to where I live. Seth came out earlier than I expected and fixed the leak and didn't laugh at my attempt. The real reason for the review, although Seth did a great job and was very pleasant, the price was more than reasonable. I have a feeling sometimes when you call a plumber be prepared to pay a lot. The price was fair and reasonable and the quality of work excellent.

Great and prompt service from Marco to install a toilet and repair the valve from the wall. Hanna was able to fit us in the same day! Most of our neighbors also use Hanna. Highly recommended.

I consider Hanna plumbing to be a very reputable, honest company. I highly recommend them. It is very disheartening to read reviews from homeowners who attempt to do work themselves and then get upset when they don't receive free phone help when they are in over their heads on a project. Buying materials from a company that is in the business to provide plumbing service and supplies does not obligate that company to provide information on how to do the job. It is assumed the person purchasing parts know what they are doing. How about they call the manufacturer of the materials and see what kind of help they get.
