We had a clog in our downstairs bathroom and Ryan showed up when he said he would and took care of it in 30 minutes. He explained how the pipes and valves are set up and how easily a clog happens and even showed the part to me. He flushed it out with the hose and then asked for some bleach to clean up the residual mess. He also gave me quotes for a few other tasks I had been thinking about and gave an honest assessment and good advice. He made sure to cover his shoes every time he entered our house and was polite. He was clearly here to do good work and offer honest service and it was much appreciated. He was able to charge my credit card using his phone. Thank you Ryan and Hanna Plumbing!

i have used Hanna plumbing a couple times before, although their prices weren't the best because they were referred to me by someone who knew of them. about a month ago i needed a water heater and called them. the guy who answered gave me a quote and i agreed. the next day a person whom i assumed was a licenced plumber showed up and checked my old water heater and said no problem and he proceeded with the job. mid way through the job i detected that he is having a hard time and didn't know what he was doing. i asked him if he was a licensed plumber, he said no I've been digging ditches but i learned how to install a water heater. since the job was half done i decided to stay around and superwise. he clearly did not know what he was doing. i ended up having to removing the door to the heaters location so he would not damage it. Finally we removed the old water heater and installed the new one. he would not accept my check and said they will bill me which was ok. when i received the the bill it was $150. more than the quoted price. when i asked why, they said the owner said because the installer took extra time. i sent in a check for the agreed price which was cashed. ever since i have been harassed and threatend by mail and phone calles if i don't pay their extra charge. please use other reputable plumbers and save yourself a great deal of harassment and headach.

had a slab leak in July. it was the cold water line. 6 years ago we had a leak in the hot line. If we knew then what we know now, we would have re-routed all the water lines then, but we didn't. This time we worked with our insurance co. and Hanna and got all the under slab lines re-routed in the attic. Since we were replacing the flooring because of the leak we didn't want to go thru that again. They were fast and worked clean. There were probably 20 holes cut in the walls and the guy that came in to repair the drywall was really fast. He patched, textured and painted in one day . I've done drywall. I would have taken 3 days at least.
They have emergency response people, but they admit that they are shorthanded so major work may take a few more days than what you would want. But that's probably the case in most trades.

I have had Hanna Plumbing doing work for me for 25 years. Their workers are professional and know what to do before they get here. I needed a new garbage disposal and Segundo did a perfect job. It took him about 20 minutes and he was done. We have had them install a new shower and remove the old tub. Everything perfect. Whenever we have a plumbing problem the first thing we do is call fantastic Hanna Plumbing. They are the BEST.

Hannah saved the day! Saturday afternoon there was an unexplained lake in my front yard. Water pipe broke. Must turn off water to the house. Called several plumbers whose pricing was mostly exorbitant. Seth from Hannah Plumbing came out quickly and fixed the problem efficiently and for much less than the other estimates. Over the past 40 years I have hired many plumbers. Few were worthy of a good or bad review anywhere. Hannah is worthy of my time to write this posting. Nice job, Seth!

Have been a long time customer of Hanna Plumbing. Recently, our shower was not delivering the right amount of water, so Nick from Hanna came out. He diagnosed that we needed a new cartridge, but could not ID it (mfg. did not stamp the product...) - he took pictures of it so that he could order and install the correct one. He cleansed the current one so that we could use the shower, and came out later in the month to install the new one. The shower now works beautifully - thanks to Hanna Plumbing!

Excellent job, once again! Had a minor issue with my toilets and Steve came out and fixed the problem in a jiffy! We have had them come out for water heater replacement, toilet replacement, and several other plumbing jobs. Always done with a fair price, on time (with a phone call when they are on the way, too), very courteous, and a great job! If you need a plumber, we highly recommend Hanna.

We were having a problem with a slow shower drain, so we called a plumber who was recommended to us by a friend. That plumber did all kinds of work--pulling the toilet off, climbing on the roof and rooting the system, etc. In fact, he came out THREE times and could not fix the problem. He charged us for two of the visits even though he never fixed anything. He then suggested a very expensive repair in the main line outside of our home.

We scheduled the expensive repair with the first plumber, but thankfully, we decided that we needed a second opinion. We called several different plumbers and decided to use Hanna Plumbing. They were able to schedule an appointment immediately and the plumber who came to our home was very professional and very nice. He was thorough in his work and explained the actual issue to us. He instantly diagnosed the issue by working on the actual shower drain affected. It was a simple blockage in that drain that he had fixed within a few minutes. That was more than three years ago and we haven't had an issue since Hanna Plumbing visited and fixed the problem.

Bottom line: Hanna Plumbing was highly honest, competent, professional and highly competitive price-wise with other plumbers. I haven't had any plumbing issues since they came out, but if I do, I will definitely be calling Hanna and I can highly recommend them.

We love our new kitchen sink! We had Hanna replace our kitchen sink from an under mount sink to a cast iron over mount sink because the granite counter top cracked and we had to cut the section out. The over mount sink was necessary to conceal the cut granite. Ed was very prompt and professional in giving us an estimate for the service. He also found a suitable sink for the job. The plumber did a nice job of installing the new sink, reconnecting all of the fittings and rebuilding the drain pipes and trap. I highly recommend this company, We have used them several times for other work too. They are reasonably priced, trustworthy and do excellent work.
