Called them at 9 am for a clogged toilet and they were here by 10:30. This is the second time I called them and they are great. The price was reasonable. The best thing I can say about them is that I will continue to call them in the future.

I have been using Hanlon for a few years and had a fairly okay experience until now. I had a clog and they send out a plumber a week ago and snaked the system and paid $215. Then this week we were backed up again and They snaked the system and put a camera down and couldn't see or get past the clog. Then he flushed the toilet in one bathroom when he hadn't gotten past the clog and sewage overflowed in the other bathroom which went into the walls and ruined a rug and assorted other items. They cleaned with a wet vac and charged me $580'and didn't clear the clog But Immediately said I had no clean out and said it would cost me $1200 to create one. I called another plumber that came out, cleared the clog and found the clean out. I asked The owner who I have known before he started this company to refund me something because it was crazy that his person couldn't unclog nor find the clean out. He refused. Obviously he's lost my business. Suggest not using Hanlon Plumbing. They don't value longtime customers

Had the pleasure of working with this company for our plumbing needs. Eric was extremely responsive with answering questions and providing scheduling opportunities. The staff I spoke with and the plumber that came were polite and communicative. Our needs were met and we will be using this company again for our plumbing needs.
