Not only were they professional but Hanks Plumbing was so courteous. We needed to plumb in a shower, toilet, and sink in our basement. We were trying to save money so Hank helped give me a litle guidance on breaking up the cement so I could do that and then he could come in and do the plumbing. He was so helpful and I was able to get it done quickly. When it came time for them to come plumb the basement they laid down clothes so they didn't track dirt in the house and they got finished with the entire project in 3.5 hours. I will always highly recommend them! Such a great plumber. Oh yea, and his pricing is very affordable!

I needed to get gas service back into my home after a small fire. I found out about Hanks plumbing service at a local plumbing supply store And I am very glad I found them. The team was quick and efficient and they seemed to know their stuff really well. We had low water pressure in the bathroom and they quickly found the clogged cartridge and replaced it. Also, they gave me a reasonable quote to replace our very old (18 years!) water heater. Very pleased with their work, they're my go-to plumbers from now on!

These plumbers were extraordinary! I purchased a brand new toilet, tank and toilet seat for my parents. I called Hanks Plumbing asking them to install it all, I was referred to them from the plumbing supply store where I purchased everything from. They were nice and were there within 3 hours. When they got there, they realized that the toilet my parents already have, was almost identical to what I purchased. Instead of not saying anything and installing everything anyway, they suggested that we not waste our money. They didn't even charge me for coming out. It's rare to find such honest and kind people like this. Needless to say, I will ALWAYS be calling Hanks Plumbing for any kind of plumbing needs that we may have and I will highly recommend them to everyone. These guys did a great job replacing my water heater; nobody else was willing or able to show up as quickly, with the right part, and a couple hours later the job was done. Excellent communication, high quality materials, great workmanship, no complaints. Would hire again.

Shane Hanks' plumbing service is the absolute best service I've ever experienced. I am not an effusive person, by any means, but his availability, prices, work quality, and know-how is top notch. He's unfailingly honest and is a spectacular advocate for his clients.

He came to my house on a freezing Saturday night, three days before Christmas, and plunged into our sump-pump well, replacing it with a loaner for the night, then came back the next day to put a new one in. He can do every plumbing task I've thrown at him, both for my residence and my rental.
