The service guy that arrived was very knowledgeable and very nice. The price was not really competitive with others, so decided not to use. The service guy could not quote any prices, he had to call the company to get the actual prices. I would not recommend them.

Ryan came to do several jobs for us and he was amazing, and so quick. The time between him arriving, getting the estimate for what we needed, and completely finishing the job was about 90 minutes. He probably saved us about a week of work, which would have been miserable in this August heat. They are expensive, but I couldn't have been happier with Ryan. He did such a great job and was so friendly and thoughtful. We will definitely request him again.

Colton was friendly and always on time. He installed a door, and a shower grab bar, both of which work great. Unfortunately, all the rest of his work eventually began to fail. For each of his projects, he did just enough to make it work. We have a double door that no longer stays shut. He fiddled with the door knob between them, so you could at least shut the doors. It didn't look strong enough. I asked, 'will that be enough?" He said yes, but 3 or 4 weeks later, the doors returned to their former state. All he'd needed to do was fix the latch that was already there.

He put in a swinging door at the kitchen's entrance. Its closing springs soon became too weak to close door all the way. And, to make the latch stay closed/open from both sides, he added a mickey mouse STRING to hold back the latch. I told him it really looked tenuous. I was right. Worst of all, the door fell apart when I pushed it shut. The lumber that the latch peg was attached to was too thin, and held in place with tiny nails. As I say, just enough. He returned and tightened the springs, which are good now. But I had to fix the bad carpentry by replacing the nails with descent sized screws.

My roof was in pretty bad shape and I attempted to fix it DIY. I ended up making things worse and realized I was over my head. I usually have trouble trusting people hiring to work in my home.. Hank's handymen went above and beyond my expectations. Gave me a fair price and delivered top notch repairs. I will use them again scoping new projects around the home.

We were looking to have some substantial work done to our home. Including garage conversion and adding a home addition. Milestone rep gave me the number for Hank's Handyman Services. I called, gave them an idea of what we wanted and arranged an estimate appointment. The rep came out as scheduled and was pleasant and professional - we went through everything in person, he took pictures, etc and said he'd get back with an estimate in a couple of days.. We waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing. I called them, confirmed they had the correct contact info and was told the project manager would get back with me later in the day. Its been over a week since then and crickets. Totally blown off it would seem - if a company doesn't want a job or are so busy that there will be a delay in providing an estimate, then have the courtesy/decency to say so...phone call, text, email - don't care how, just be the professionals you claim to be...

Great experience with Hanks handyman services. I had several projects that needed to be done. Everything was completed the way I liked and wanted, and in a timely manner. Olek Dantsin was very polite, professional and I plan to use him for other projects. Handyman Dylan helped Olek today to replace 3 doors. Beautiful job! We are so happy we used this company.

Hank's did an overhaul in primary and secondary bathrooms. Primary bathroom was stuck in 1985 with a jetted tub, tiny separate shower..: they removed the tub and created a dream come true. Lovey new shower, cabinets and floor in that room.
The secondary bathroom they removed the old yellow tile that surrounded the tub and put in the same tile from my primary.
The team I had was amazing also, always in touch, on time, kind and the dog loves them.
I'll have them back in '23 for my last bathroom or kitchen!!
Oh, did I mention everyday when the guys were done working they cleaned up, seriously no mess. All trash and material was gone each day.

Hank's Handyman Services was recommended to me by Milestone when I called them to see about getting my dryer vent cleaned. I am so glad they referred me to Hank's because everyone, from Gary & Erin in the office to Fernando, the handyman, was GREAT!!! Originally my appointment was for next Tuesday, but then Gary called today to see if their handyman could come out today. Yes! Fernando was so professional & courteous. He gave me the pricing right up front & explained the work that needed to be done. He showed me the before & after. He also cleaned up the area beautifully & just gave 5 star service. I couldn't be happier. Looks like Hank's has a new customer!
