Bryan came to check out our main sewer line after we noticed a few issues with it. I left him a voicemail and he got back to me within 24 hours and came out that day to do the job. This was the week after Memorial Day and most other companies were scheduling me a week out, so I appreciated Bryan fitting me in (late on a Friday afternoon too). Bryan and John were professional, friendly, and finished the job quickly. He gave me some helpful tips that helped ease my anxiety about needing to do a full sewer line replacement. His prices were really reasonable too! Bryan is 100% going to be my choice for preventative or emergency drain cleaning in the future.

Bryan was recommended by my plumber. Now he is recommended by me, without reservation. He answered his phone when I first called, and was able to do a service call when I needed it. Not only did he resolve my drain problems quickly, he gave me a tutorial on maintaining the drains, Includng how to access the drains myself next time, if I so choose. Hankel's is great! I'm always a little leery about sewer scopes and cleanouts since it is definitely one of those types of services that is prone to scare tactics to squeeze the customer. Brian shoots it straight and gets the job done for very reasonable rates!

Bryan was very responsive. We were having issues with our kitchen sink and had tried everything without any luck. I called, left a message and with in 10 mins Bryan called back. I described my problem and asked when he was available. 1 hour later Bryan was in our kitchen. Even better, within 30 mins he had fixed our issues and even fixed the plumbing under the sink. He went above and beyond and we will be using him for future issues.

If I could give higher than five stars Hankel's Drain Cleaning would get it. I had a company called Rooter Town in earlier that day and they were a joke. I received Bryan's information through a contractor friend. He was fast, extremely professional and fair. As I told Bryan when he was here I wish I had a list of different contractors that you can actually trust because it's so easy to get taken advantage of in the service world. Thank you Bryan.
