Hands down can agree with the other 1 star rating.
This guy is a joke save your money. Nothing more than a handy man.

Extremely rude! Telling me how water leak happening cause of ""physics"" taking water up and it having to come down. Dismissive toward woman (had my mother talked down to).
Extremely condescending thinking he's smarter than everyone. I think he needs a reality check.

Regardless we put through it cause he had broke some of the pipe to ""fix"" it and then strong hand demanded we pay him an amount that was not discussed. When told the problem wasn't fixed, forcefully wanted to come in the house to look and fix. Again stating it's ""physics"" causing the leak and just water left in pipes.


We decided to just actually call someone else and have them change the pipes.
Turns out this buffoon did an amazing fix!(sarcastic tone)
He decided to break the drainage pipe so who knows how long it was now leaking!!!

10/10 would not recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Here are tips if you want to improve in future:
- Learn to give quote before you start breaking stuff.
- Learn to not be such an asshole dick. (Will take you far!)
- Stop strong handing woman and old people

Hank is extremely impatient and rude as he talked with his customers. As the other reviewer said he does not want to listen to customers. His poor communication skill often leads to poor work quality and low customer satisfaction. It will also take him long time to figure out an issue. I will not recommend him.

Hank is prompt and charges a fair amount for the work he does. I called on a water heater problem at a rental property when I was out of town and he replaced it that day. I also had a problem with a gas wall heater and I thought I might need a new one, but Hank repaired the defective valve at a fraction of the cost.

I've called this company twice. Last year he cleared a shower drain for me after a plumber from a large, big name company couldn't. He charged me less than half of what the other guy was going to charge. Today I had a stuck valve on the water line into my water heater. He came by and easily freed it up without charge. He could've taken advantage of the situation and milked it for a big dollar repair bill to replace the valve. He didn't. Seems like an honest man. These days, that's a hard thing to find.

My sink was clogged and I didn't know what to do or who to call. My neighbor said call Hank and sons, they come quick and they do a great job. She was right. They were in and out of 5 minutes, cleared the clog, and fix the wobbly faucet. Worth every penny and I will never have to worry about finding another plumber, because I will be calling Hank and Sons to do the job.

I have rarely encountered a more rude condescending individual. Hank seemed like he didn't want to assist in my plumbing needs. Be forewarned, don't take my word for it. As soon as you contact him I'm sure you'll feel the same way

I had a problem with my outside sprinkler system (everything was leaking) the leak was underneath the ground and hard to find but he found it and repaired it promptly. He was very professional, and did a great job. Did I mention he came out on a Sunday.

He came out twice, missed diagnosed the problem and charged us twice.

I suggested that I would remove a drywall panel to see if there may be an issue, and he said no, not necessary.

Had he listened to me, he would have seen the problem and would not have had to come out twice to snake my line.

Had he listened and found this problem, I would have given him the repair job - change out utrap.

He was professional, and available at immediate notice, however, he was not willing to take a suggestion from me so it cost me an extra visit and fee of $80. :(
