Very personable and listens to directions. I had him install all new kitchen appliances. He had several arguments during a long day with his co-worker. After completing the job, I had to call him back several days later because I had water leaking under my sink. He had not tightened all the plumbing connections after installing a new dishwasher. Several days later, I had to call him again, brand new Bosch dishwasher stopped altogether. He said that he had hooked everything up correctly and he would look online for a solution. After two days of not hearing back from him, I called Bosch for warranty support. A week later, warranty repair company came out and told me installation was not correct and a wire in the power supply had not been tightened properly during the install.

How could anyone say anything bad about a guy who shows up on time, does exactly what he says he's going to do, charges a fair fee and does an exceptional job? Bobby has all the tools and all the skills; just don't ask him to go on the roof. Very very highly recommended.

Wonderful. Bobby and his assistant (I don't recall his name) did an amazing job. Bobby was very pleasant to talk to on the phone and even more pleasant and professional in person. Would not hesitate to contact again when I need assistance in the future. I needed help hanging a fairly large, definitely heavy mirror in the bedroom that I wasn't able to help my husband with since having back surgery. Not only did they get it done, but they did it VERY securely having to use different tools than what was originally provided on the mirror (you know how that goes...wimpy wire that isn't strong enough, not strung the right way). It looks great and I don't have to worry about it crashing down on me in the middle of the night ;) Very pleased! oh yes...one more thing...you couldn't even tell they were here after they left...no cleanup whatsoever. One of the most positive experiences I have had in the desert.

Bobby is whole-hearted and has a positive, get-it-done attitude. He went above and beyond to help me with a handyman-necessary issue I had with a tenant who lives in the Palm Desert area; even by being in Los Angeles and never meeting him, speaking on the phone with him made me feel more than comfortable as a client. Bobby is awesome. Had a need for some quick touch-ups / repairs around the house before having some guests in. He was easy to contact, scheduled an appointment to come by and give a quote. Was prompt, gave quote and returned as scheduled to complete the work. The work itself was first-rate and even required some on-the-job problem solving as one of the repairs was a bit tricky. More importantly, he was prompt, did the work exactly as promised, in the timeframe committed and for the price quoted. You simply cannot go wrong calling Bobby and now that he's in my cell phone contacts it's the only number I will need. Thanks Bobby for the great work and first-class approach.

Bobby helped me with a handful of projects around my house and I was very happy with the results on all. I'd recommend him to anyone who has anything, large or small, that needs to be done in their home, for a minimum of time and expense.

What I really like about Bobby is his range of expertise, from construction type: removing a built in closet from a bedroom (you can't tell it was ever even there), to electrical: installing ceiling fans, to more basic: hanging art, shelving, and photographs. He does everything with great skill and an incredible attention to detail.

I should also mention he is very conscious about treating your home and belongings with great respect, he came to do some work on a day it was lightly raining and brought his own towel to lay down at the entrance of my home so he could make sure he didn't track in water from his shoes--class act.

Bobby is also a great communicator. Shows up on time. Listens closely to what you want, responds intelligently and comes up with a way to do what you're asking at a realistic price.

I hate to tarnish what is a near perfect yelp rating but when an appointment is set and he doesn't show up or have the decency to call and/or reschedule it leaves me no choice.

Bob - you maybe a great handyman but that is no way to conduct business. I came home from work specifically to meet you, left you a polite message to call me 30 minutes past the appointment time and yet you didn't call to apologize or reschedule.

What a wasted afternoon.

I just can't say enough good things about Bob and his team. I needed a handyman to put together several pieces of furniture from Ikea and hang some pictures in a new office. Bob was nice, personable, reliable, fair-priced and punctual. Plus, his work is outstanding and precise.

If you need something taken care of, I highly recommend Bob. I am sure I would use his services and would be happy to do so.

It's really nice to find someone local who can be counted on to get the job done when you are in a pinch without looking to take advantage.

I selfishly hate to write this because I don't want Bob to get booked solid... but he did a great job building out a closet and hanging some new doors. He was fast and came in on budget. After so many bad experiences it was nice to finally find someone who is honest and reliable.
