Bob was great! He's very knowledgeable about a lot of things (water heater, HVAC, pool pump, electrical, plumbing, installing gate hardware, servicing sliding doors). Fair pricing in line with estimate, showed up on time, explained things and was professional and friendly. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks Bob!

Like a few others....Called Bob to come out and give me a quote. He came out and gave me a reasonable price. We set a timeframe for the work and then he just never called me back. Left several messages and texted with no response.

If you want somebody who is reliable and trustworthy, don't call Bob.

I called him because of all the good reviews I read on here. Got his voice mail, left a message, and he never called me back. In spite of that red flag, I called him again a couple of days later because I desperately need some work done around my house. This time he picked up, and he agreed to come to my house Monday morning to get started, and we would talk about the rest. Monday morning he was 20 minutes late. I let him know I'm disabled (severe RSI means I can't do anything strenuous with my arms). The work includes fixing the lights in my kitchen and my kitchen sink - and I cannot call a plumber to fix it until the lights are replaced in the ceiling. Which I am physically incapable of doing myself.

He started by lifting a few heavy things for me, and quoted me a price for the rest of the work - promising to call me within the next day to set a time. By Wednesday, he still hadn't called, so I started calling him, always getting his voice mail. I left some messages, letting him know that because I don't have a cell phone, I was afraid to leave the house for fear of missing his call. No response. By Thursday, I was crying. I left another message asking him to please, please call me back. No response. I could never get anything but his voice mail, and none of my messages ever got a reply. As another reviewer on here said of Bob - it's like he just dropped off the face of the earth.

I'm absolutely baffled why he would tell me he was going to do the work if he had no intention of doing it. At the very least, he could have told me he didn't want to do the work so I could call somebody else instead of waiting all week for him to call. Because of Bob, I spent a week waiting by the phone for a call that was never going to come. Because of Bob, I'm still living with a broken sink and I still can't call a plumber because of the lights. Because of Bob, I spent most of Thursday crying. I'm disabled, he told me he would do the work, and then he just blew me off.

For the life of me I don't understand why he seems so nice to some customers, and then treats others like garbage. It's baffling. But this is not the behavior of a reliable trustworthy person.

Bob is a great choice for handyman service. He did a great job installing some door locks for me. When I called and told him I was available only one specific day, he was flexible enough to meet me first thing that morning. Bob is also very personable. It turns out we follow the same pro sports teams, so we had a cool chat about our teams. One more point about Bob - while he was installing the locks, I had a washing machine installed. The installer told me he couldn't finish job because the drain pipe tube wasn't cut open. So they left. Bob cut open the hole without me even asking him. A nice touch! I will definitely be calling Bob again for any handyman work.

Can't say enough about bob and his crew !! They came out and installed my double oven very fast and even cleaned up after !!! Very fair pricing too !! I will be using him for way more projects around the house !!! Highly recommend him !!!!

I had Bob come out and do a couple minor repairs. He really bent over backwards to communicated in a timely manner. He did good work and his prices were reasonable. I think he will do well in this area, he is clean cut, polite, and capable, that's about all I need.

Bobby is a great person to know! He did some small projects to start, and then we moved on to some complex cabinet reconfiguration. He did a stellar job. He is polite, arrives when he says he will and the charges are clear. Bobby is someone you would like to have in your home. He keeps his worksite clean, keeps you informed of the job and the progress. He is also very innovative in finding solutions. I intend to keep him around for a while.

Very personable and listens to directions. I had him install all new kitchen appliances. He had several arguments during a long day with his co-worker. After completing the job, I had to call him back several days later because I had water leaking under my sink. He had not tightened all the plumbing connections after installing a new dishwasher. Several days later, I had to call him again, brand new Bosch dishwasher stopped altogether. He said that he had hooked everything up correctly and he would look online for a solution. After two days of not hearing back from him, I called Bosch for warranty support. A week later, warranty repair company came out and told me installation was not correct and a wire in the power supply had not been tightened properly during the install.

How could anyone say anything bad about a guy who shows up on time, does exactly what he says he's going to do, charges a fair fee and does an exceptional job? Bobby has all the tools and all the skills; just don't ask him to go on the roof. Very very highly recommended.
