Having spent almost twenty years working for a company, I decided to start my own business.
Hi, I’m known as Roger Yothers, 48 years old, the eldest of three brothers.
I spent two decades in one place, and my dream to run my own business.
I went to classes to gain knowledge in a range of skills in the building sector, like plumbing, electricity, and various other trades.
I gained a wealth of knowledge, however I was not given the motivation to establish my own firm.
Two decades later, only my employer thrived, and I finally dared to take a chance on myself.
