Very disappointed--I should have read the one-star reviews, not just the excellent ones, which form a consensus regarding exorbitant pricing or quotes--despite the company's refutations. The technician came out to look at a side door that needed replacing and he gave me a quote of $1,250 dollars (which didn't include the price of the door that I would have to purchase myself). This $1,250 price was just to put in a new door, not a prehung door--a framed door--or a threshold, etc. It's not a difficult job by any means. It just so happened that my next door neighbor was getting some work done by handymen he often uses, so I asked the foreman if he'd take a look at my door and he said he could put in a new door for $450 and if I wanted him to put in a prehung door, he could do it for $1,000, which would include the price of the door. So there you have it--I am out $65 for a bad faith estimate. I suggest reading one-star reviews because they can be very telling for those of us who like to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Juan was very efficient and organized removing the old cabinets. The installation of the replacement reclaimed cabinet was again very quick and the cabinet is perfectly hung, solid and level. What an improvement. Price was very fair/affordable!

He arrived on time and was extremely friendly. As a new homeowner, many unexpected issues and expenses arise. Robert's pricing was fair and we decided to proceed. He explained what was necessary to make the fix and also some tips for us to potentially mitigate any future issues. Lastly, Robert was respectful of our home and cleaned up immediately when the work was complete.

He completed the job quickly, took time to discuss what to expect over the years given fluctuations in temperature and the impact on my doorframe, and cleaned up.
