I hired Jayson to clean my dryer vent. He found it completely blocked. He was very knowledgeable and honest about my options. He quoted me for additional work to go under the house and determine the issue as well as fix the problem and two vents. He was on time, on budget and very straightforward with the work. I really appreciate his honesty and hard work. I would highly recommend him.

We hired Jayson Harris in April 2016 to clean our gutters and install gutter filters. A couple rainstorms later with some overflow, we wanted to make sure the gutters were still functioning, and asked him to come out and take a look. We didn't know if the problem was clogged filters or tilted gutters.

He was scheduled to arrive the morning of Friday, August 5th, but never showed up. I called and left a message with his answering service that afternoon and again on Monday, and a text the week after, all of them ignored.

I guess Handyman Solutions must get lots of first-time customers, but with their non-existent customer service, I doubt they get any repeat business.
