I used Handyman Services Corp to paint a small bedroom, repair a leak in my shower, repair an outside leak, replace a window screen, and clean a shower drain. Ricardo and his assistants were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. The shower leak especially was difficult to repair and took longer than anticipated, but Ricardo put in the extra time to ensure it was repaired properly and brought in a plumber when he was unsure how to proceed. I trusted him enough to give him a key to work while I was not at home. The crew was also very clean. A few times Ricardo even came back in the evening to show me and explain the detail of what he had done. I will definintely use them again!

I live on the West Coast but was in Washington, DC, a couple of weeks ago and needed the services of a ""handyman"" while I was there.

Ricardo did some painting for my son and daughter-in-law last year and because I knew they were very pleased with his work, I decided to ask for his help with my project.

Ricardo did not disappoint, and in fact, he went well beyond the call of duty in the help that he provided. He did everything that I asked him to do - and more! - and his work was both precise and complete.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ricardo, and I recommend his services without reservation! If I could assign more than five stars to this rating, I would!

My girlfriend and I bought a condo a couple of months ago and had a few general repairs we wanted to take care of before we moved in. Ricardo did a great job and worked very fast. He installed new electrical outlets, smoke detectors and a hot water shut off valve.

He gave us a very reasonable price for his work and was always extremely polite to me and my girlfriend. He even came back the next day when I thought there was a problem with the water heater valve (turned out the problem was unrelated to any of the work he did).

I will definitely call Ricardo the next time I have a home repair issue.

I called Handyman Services inquiring about dry wall hanging. He said he would call back that evening to set up an appointment to view and give an estimate, never called. I call him again the next day. We agreed on a day and time, said he would call an hour before he was to arrive, never did call or arrive. I call AGAIN, he said was too busy and could not come over, REALLY? WE SET A DAY AND TIME!!!

Very unprofessional, unreliable, does not respect potential customers.He must be a millionaire; no need for customers, work or money. Avoid this ""handyman""........

Handyman Services Corps was great! Ricardo was very responsive to phone, email, and text communication, and he came to my condo right away to prepare a free estimate that fell right in line with the 2 or 3 other estimates I got for a ceiling/wall drywall and paint job due to a leak from the unit above me. I chose Handyman Services in the end because of these Yelp reviews.

He was flexible in scheduling a date for the repairs, and although he estimated it would take him and his crew two days to finish, it only took one. Best of all, he was very adamant that if I had any issues at all with the repairs in the following days and weeks, he would be more than happy to come back and take a look.

Ricardo, Cesar, and his team have worked for me on multiple projects--fixing my dryer, hanging light fixtures, and patching up my ceiling. He is easy to get in touch with over the phone and via email. I find him very trustworthy and good at what he does.

Very impressed. I hired Ricardo to repaint a few walls in my bedroom, entry way, sliding doors, and kitchen and he and his team did a fantastic job. Easy to get a hold of, calls you back, emails, does it all very promptly. Very meticulous and I was amazed at how detail oriented his team was. Ricardo and his team did a beautiful job painting the inside of my 2-story rowhouse. Not only do I love the final product, but I am so relieved to find someone with great customer service that I can continue to use for future house projects and problems. Ricardo was extremely friendly and professional, returned my calls promptly, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was flexible and did a great job of working around my demanding work schedule. The price was reasonable, especially for DC. Also, he estimated that the project would take 2-3 days, and at 5 pm on the 2nd day, everything was done. How's that for timely?

Ricardo was also very attentive to my concerns. For instance, he knew I'd had a tough time deciding on a paint color and knew that I was worried about the color being either too light or too dark in the different rooms of my rowhouse. After his crew painted some of the upstairs walls, he checked in with me to make sure I was liking the color and told me it was not too late to change if I wanted to! What a sweetie.

I will definitely be calling Ricardo in the future for projects big and small and I will highly recommend his services to others.
