Ricardo and his employees did an incredible job painting my house. We contacted him to get an estimate just a couple weeks prior to our moving in to our new house. Ricardo went out of his way to make sure that he and his crew completed our job before our move in date. They even worked Memorial Day and late into the evening on some nights. Unfortunately, once they had painted one color that my husband and I had selected, we decided we didn't like it and wanted to change it. Even though it was not his fault (COMPLETELY our fault) and he was already on a really tight schedule, he and his crew made sure that they were still done by our original deadline. Then he gave us a discount to help us out with the extra amount we had to pay for the extra painting we hadn't counted on. Furthermore, the paint job was beautiful and he left the house immaculate. We would definitely hire him again and we highly recommend him and his company.

I needed to prepare my condo for sale and had a number of odd jobs that needed attention, including painting, dry wall repair, and bathroom grouting. Ricardo and his team were wonderful! The quality of the work is very high and you couldn't ask for a nicer team of people to work with. It was a pleasure to work with Ricardo and I have recommended him to all of my friends.

Also, I want to address one of the negative reviews that I saw where a reviewer was complaining about Ricado's alleged treatment of his female clients and his timeliness. I am a single woman and live alone. Ricardo and his team were always 100% respectful and professional. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Moreover, because the quality of his work is high, Ricardo and his team are in high demand. When I initially called him, he was very upfront with me about a realistic project timeline, and he completed my various projects within that timeline.

I needed drywall repairs and painting done in my bathroom and Ricardo and his team came through without a hitch. The finished product looks great and was done in good time. Although I had never heard of his company before I came across it on Yelp, I wen't by the high ratings he received and wasn't disappointed. From the day he arrived to assess the repairs and provide an estimate to the day he the finished the job, he was professional and patient as I ironed things out with my neighbor's insurance company. Unlike other contractors and repairmen who I've dealt with, Ricardo was very attentive, knowledgeable, and gets along well with cats!

I used Ricardo and company to repair my drywall and install a trap door to a ceiling. They were great about finishing the job exactly to my liking...even when it meant a trip back to my townhouse a week later for some finishing touches. They were responsive and a pleasure to work with. Pricing was pretty fair too!

Ricardo and his team did a great job renovating my row house bathroom from taking most of it down to the studs, reinforcing the joist, laying a new sub floor, and then finishing the project with new fixture. This is not to say there weren't a few hiccups but everything was completed to my satisfaction. Two things that's stand out are a) Ricardo shows up pretty much at the time when he says he will be there - generally not more that 20 minutes late. b) he and his team are great at solving problems - the vanity I ordered was an issue from day one, but Ricardo found solutions for every issue. Excellent finish work and beautiful painting. I highly recommend and would use again.

We're in the middle of a renovation and want to hire someone to patch drywall and paint the ceiling. Seeing positive Yelp reviews, I called and left a message on Monday and heard nothing back. Called again on Thursday and left a message and again have not gotten a call back. Can't imagine how they stay in business considering they can't be bothered to return calls from prospective customers.

I used Handyman Services Corp to paint a small bedroom, repair a leak in my shower, repair an outside leak, replace a window screen, and clean a shower drain. Ricardo and his assistants were extremely professional and did a wonderful job. The shower leak especially was difficult to repair and took longer than anticipated, but Ricardo put in the extra time to ensure it was repaired properly and brought in a plumber when he was unsure how to proceed. I trusted him enough to give him a key to work while I was not at home. The crew was also very clean. A few times Ricardo even came back in the evening to show me and explain the detail of what he had done. I will definintely use them again!

I live on the West Coast but was in Washington, DC, a couple of weeks ago and needed the services of a ""handyman"" while I was there.

Ricardo did some painting for my son and daughter-in-law last year and because I knew they were very pleased with his work, I decided to ask for his help with my project.

Ricardo did not disappoint, and in fact, he went well beyond the call of duty in the help that he provided. He did everything that I asked him to do - and more! - and his work was both precise and complete.

I cannot speak highly enough about Ricardo, and I recommend his services without reservation! If I could assign more than five stars to this rating, I would!

My girlfriend and I bought a condo a couple of months ago and had a few general repairs we wanted to take care of before we moved in. Ricardo did a great job and worked very fast. He installed new electrical outlets, smoke detectors and a hot water shut off valve.

He gave us a very reasonable price for his work and was always extremely polite to me and my girlfriend. He even came back the next day when I thought there was a problem with the water heater valve (turned out the problem was unrelated to any of the work he did).

I will definitely call Ricardo the next time I have a home repair issue.
