Needed a new faucet put in my bathroom vanity and R&S contacted me same day with a fair price. Herb scheduled me for next day service and went above and beyond getting the old faucet out. The original faucet had severe corrosion and required a lot of effort to get out. I was extremely satisfied with the final results and would strongly recommend R&S. Really well done -- Herb was able to complete the job in less than half what another one of my referrals asked, and he did more than that, not only fixing the shower (the other plumber wanted to be paid twice as much as well as buying a whole new fixture), but also he stopped the running toilet which was causing so much noise that the tenant even locked himself out of the bathroom by mistake.

Had an appointment for Tuesday after a job in Marco Island. Notified me they had problem with broken pipe and were waiting on plumbing inspector. It was rescheduled for Wednesday. Texted Wednesday at 3 in afternoon to see if they were sill coming. They said they were still stuck on job. I am writing this on Friday at 12:45pm and still have not heard. Had job done an hour ago who showed up and did the job foe half the price. If you really need job done with a time frame, these do not seem to be the guys.

Ok so my garbage disposal decided to break and leak everywhere around 6pm tonight. After searching for plumbers and getting several runarounds from other plumbers I got a message from Herb that he could come and install a new one if I had the product to install. I ran to Home Depot and got one and ran home. Herb came around 830 and was excellent. Very friendly and fast. I highly recommend him and his company!!!!!!
